Located in Kensington, one of London's most fashionable areas, there are two stylish, modern, soundproof apartments for rent. Each of these apartments has 3 bedrooms and they are perfect for 3 people, although they can easily accommodate up to 6.

The first of these two wonderful apartments is situated on the first floor, and boasts recently refurbished accommodation with high ceilings, bright and airy rooms and lots of useful storage space.

The property comprises amazing dual-aspect reception room with dining area, smart and well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite shower room, two further stunning bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom.

2 of the bedrooms have queen size double beds and 1 bedroom is equipped with twin beds, which can be made into a king size bed. There is also a baby cot available upon request.

Guests will have full access to the entire property and it will be exclusive of their own use.

The apartment is situated above our restaurant; one of London's most famous neighbourhood restaurants: The Abingdon. The property is however extremely quiet as it has undergone extensive soundproofing refurbishment, so you can rest assured your rest won't be disturbed!

The Abingdon offers a great choice of food and excellent service, and our regulars come from all walks of life from show business to banking to designers and artists. There is a laid back, friendly, non-ostentatious buzz every night and you will love our menu. Children are also welcomed.

Situated in Central London, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is the most affluent area in London with all of the most famous of its landmarks within close proximity to Abingdon Road. Kensington Palace is where Princess Diana lived, and it's within five minutes' walk. The apartments are also in easy reach to Harrods in Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace and its West End theatre district.

The nearest underground station is High Street Kensington (District and Circle lines) for links into central London, while the A4 (M4) is within easy reach for the motorist getting in and out of London and Heathrow Airport.

"Great Location, Apartment and Short Break"

We arrived and checked in easily, Ben was helpful friendly and full of helpful tips and advice. Location was excellent very safe and actually surprisingly quite! easy to find and not far from tube. Apartment was clean with all we needed for a great stay. Would definitely book again. We all had a fantastic time in a lovely apartment. Great location and apartment ! Ideally situated for any trip to London. Kensington High street also offers everything on the doorstep, restaurants takeaways, shopping. We travelled as a group of ladies to shop and catch a show we all felt safe and comfortable in this Apartment ideally situated and ideal to relax in after a hectic day in London.
