The South East England / Greater London region

There is so much to do in London you can never get bored, however if you want to explore a little further afield, here are just a few examples of some historic towns in South East England:

From Marylebone station, which is a 4 minute walk away, you can take a train and in just 2 hours be in Stratford upon Avon - the birthplace of William Shakespeare.

From Paddington Station, less than a mile away (10 minutes by tube) there are frequent direct trains to:
Oxford - journey time under an hour

Bath - journey time under 90 minutes.


Central London/Zone 1 / Marylebone area

London offers so much from the free museums and art galleries, well known landmarks and its many theatres, all of which can be easily reached from the apartment either on foot, tube, London bus or a short taxi ride.

The flat could sleep up to 4 people, due to the fact that there is a sofa bed in the living room, however this may be a bit on the small side for 2 adults but would suit an extra adult/teenager or 2 children.

Electronic Bank transfer - guests should be aware they have to cover any bank charges incurred for a foreign transfer.
Cheques.
To secure your booking please pay a 25% deposit.
Full rental is due 6 weeks before your stay begins. If the booking is less than 6 weeks before the holiday, then the full amount will be required upon booking.
Cancellation before full balance - full refund less £50 admin charge
Security deposit of £250 - refundable within 7 days of departure

Check in is from 2pm on the first day of your stay. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know, if the property is ready, you may be able to move in at an earlier time.
Check out is at 11am, this can sometimes be extended by arrangement.
If arrival is very early before 11am or very late after 10pm a fee to meet you at the apartment, may be charged. Please notify us in advance of arrival time

The apartment is on the second and there is no lift or disabled access.

Internet access is WiFi, you will need to bring your laptop to access the Internet.

Guestbook for Luxury Flat Central London

We have a lovely time in London, and the
apartment was great. We enjoyed the modern furnishing, the kitchen
equipment ... and the availability of an Internet connection (I work in
the software business :-) ). The location was another positive aspect,
the centre was even by foot comfortably to reach.

Thanks for a great 9 day stay. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment which had everything we required. The internet was great and we marvelled at the square seated toilet. All was very modern and extremely clean. The apartment was quiet and we loved how convenient Marylebone station was (and its supermarket which kept us well fed) If we are ever in London again yours will be the only place we will consider.
