MBD Apartment is a spacious, modern and affordable 100 square meters short term accommodation located in a quite private street, at the ground floor for a comfortable access by wheel chairs as well, at 1,5km distance from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge, in the central East area, zone 1. The apartment in one residential safe complex with private car parking spots, electrical gates, gardens, bike free parking, CCTV. The area is also served by supermarkets, outdoor markets, banks, restaurants, fast foods, pubs and clothing outlets.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms with a double bed, a separated living room (with door) with one double sofa-bed and two single foldable beds can be added for the 7th and 8th guest, dining table with chairs. Open plan kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with bath tub/shower (one bathroom is en-suite in bedroom) for about 100sqm space. Baby cot available for free on booking. WIFI and parking available.

Breakage deposit by card online is needed at the moment of the booking: GBP300 and it will be refunded on the same card after departure.

"TRATO MUY DEFICIENTE"

Dear Spanish guests. we are sorry to find out that your problem into booking wrong dates and our impossibility to change the booking due to other bookings is resulted in such review in lack of "kindness" and "truth". We suggest you to pay more attention to dates next time you will book a vacation in order to avoid such uncomfortable situation. We are all the time booked and our limited number of flats is a fact: central position, rates and quality have the right result. Best regards and good luck!

"You don't get what you pay for"

I booked this property through Trip Advisor thinking that everything would be fine. Unfortunately it still isn't. You have to pay a £300 damage deposit that should be refunded within 7 wo… More

Dear Guest,
we are sorry that you are not completely satisfied but we believe that in central London for an average 20 pounds per night per person you can sleep in a youth hostel only and we actually offer modern spacious apartments with all amenities, from washer to dish washer, tv and double bathrooms. About the breakage deposit it is normal that we ask for that since unfortunately guests are not all respectful of others properties. Tripadvisor (Holiday Lettings) is collecting breakage deposit and refunding it after departure is losses or damages will not happen during the stay. See you soon!

This is consider a good apartment with great rate but just 1 thing have to voice out because of the hot water is not enough to use. When 2 person go in shower than the next 5 person is unable to take … More

Dear Guest,
thank you for your booking. Hot water has a 300 lt tank for the 2 bathrooms, and in case you use all the water you have to wait an hour to have it again. Usually that quantity is enough for 6 people in row.
