Swathed in crisp white walls with flashes of exposed brickwork, this chic apartment flirts with the Industrial in style and size, with three bedrooms and ample entertainment space. This property is among the most distinguished in our portfolio, and also the most unassuming. London will throng at your feet, blithely unaware of the luxury that exists beyond these shutters. That is, unless, they glimpse you basking on your very own roof terrace.

On top of the world

Once you've parted from your bags at the front door, the roof is no doubt the next place you'll want to see. Reminiscent of the interior of a yacht on the French Riviera, the top floor of this apartment offers a generous lounge space that can't help but spill out onto the terrace – and nor will you. Gaze left and right and you'll notice that this roof terrace is the only residential roof terrace on the block, giving you and the lucky chosen few in your party the chance to enjoy this space with privacy. Watch the sunset over the surrounding office buildings from your loungers and exhale – this is central London living at its peak.

See and be scene

The morning after the night before, take a two-minute stroll down to Long Acre where you'll find a host of places to eat and watch the theatre of busy Covent Gardeners go by. Take advantage the area's great shopping, with big names as well as London's renowned boutiques and vintage stores selling pieces you wouldn't find back home. Just off Long Acre, up Neal Street, the streets start to feel New York's SoHo, only quainter and more compact. People watching becomes something of a sport here as the fashionistas and tastemakers of London speed through. Blink and you'll miss them. Blink again, and there'll be more.

Then meets now

The other side of Long Acre couldn't be any more contrasting. Walk down James Street and you'll be met by the famous Covent Garden Piazza. This is a spot to wander and take in the sights of classical and folk musicians and street performers. Peruse the shops inside this 17th century Italian piazza and you'll find independent stalls selling artwork, soaps and jewellery set up right next to designer stores, like the Chanel Pop-up Beauty Boutique.

The New London Theatre is perhaps best known for the long-term residency of Cats from 1981 – 2002, and has since then hosted edgier productions including Blue Man Group and Umoja. And of course the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, eponymously referred to locally as 'Drury Lane', is just moments away. This site is the oldest theatre site in London; its boards first creaked in 1663. A stride in any direction from here will only be broken by stumbling upon another great London theatre. You'll have no excuse not to see a show.

Started in the nineties, this opulent lair of food and theatre serves a mouth-watering menu of Turkish and Mediterranean inspired dishes. The interior – a circus of the exotic, the carninvalesque, and even the macabre – is rivalled only by the unmissable exterior. This grade II listed Victorian building is festooned with gold signage and heaving plant life, making this restaurant stand proudly and colorfully out from the relative architectural politeness surrounding it.
