Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful flat. Perfect location, really clean, everything even dishwashing tablets was there. Will definitely stay here again if we come to London. Great communication with the owner who came to let us in even though our plane was delayed and we did not arrive until 2 am. We loved it and will definitely recommend this to our friends in Sweden. Many thanks, Ingrid, Ewa and Margaretha from Gothenburg, Sweden

Kris was very welcoming, the apartment was just what we wanted, well equipped, well furnished, quiet & peaceful, just where we wanted to be to visit the Olympic Park, Greenwich, and to watch the Marathon. On another visit to London, this would be our first choice.

"Secure & comforable apartment with all necessary accessories"
My husband and I stayed at this comfortable apartment for a couple of days. Highlights were; comfortable bed, fully equipped and welcoming, Wifi, vicinity to the local tube station, shops and restaurants nearby, Terry (property manager) was of great assistance, Kris (the owner) only an email away for advise and assistance. If you are looking for a comfortable and cosy apartment for two which is just outside the city centre then this is the place. Thanks to Kris and Terry for a great stay.

"On of the best things about my London visit!"
Kris is gentleman and gracious host. From the beginning of my booking, he was very helpful and available to answer all my booking queries. Kris was courteous to pass by the Tower Hill train station (closest connection) to personally greet and guide me on the small walk from there onward to his apartment. Kris made sure I felt at home and personally handed the keys and took me through his apartment and needful with ease and a lovely smile. He was very attentive to my messages and requests even during my stay, which was a great plus for me as a solo lady traveler! Thank you, Kris! It was super easy to remember my way to and from on all the five days that I stayed in Kris's lovely apartment as he thoughtfully left an instruction leaflet on the kitchen counter, with the tube map, and appliance instructions and manuals, and his contact information, etc. The apartment is not only well located but of premium quality: secure as the entrance has a passcode; the security indoors is fantastic and the attendant a very polite and kind man; clean and very well equipped (clean sheets + towels/toiletries/hot water/water kettle/fresh coffee and tea/fridge, cooking range, dishwasher, washing machine and TV all working perfectly well). There were to my aid and surprise so many things that were handy! I mean a plug for mobile charging, some groceries all on the house! There is a lovely large dining table that I used at will everyday, 2 working lifts; and this apartment is well connected. The design of the rooms and the bathrooms is gorgeous, spacious, and great for a family. WIFI is excellent quality. The balcony is the gem here, as one wakes up to the sounds of birds chirping and trees swaying that are visible from this generous space. Also facing the property is a nursery, that’s not noisy, and one can see a beautiful rainbow on the nursery wall from this balcony, that has 2 wooden chairs and a table. There are 2 comfortable and rather large couches. The furniture separates the studio in to a comfortable and well-designed living, dining and sleeping area. The closet is next to the bed. Inside the closet one can find the water heater switch. There are candles, plastic bags/rolls, cooking books by Jamie Oliver, dishware and everything one can possibly imagine and need for their stay. The area is quiet but not secluded and all the bare essentials + more is just at walking distance. There is a music hall in the adjacent building, which looks exotic, and the street is brimming with a young crowd in the evenings but that doesn’t mean it’s noisy at all, as people are respectful. There is a grocery/mini market a 5 minute walk, Katherine’s dock just a small walk which has some lovely restaurants and one can enjoy a walk here too, and just a ten minute walk to the Tower Hill station. It’s also a few minutes walk to the London Bridge. Recommend the exhibition inside the London Bridge and the engine rooms that are a short walk from here and located below the bridge. The engine rooms on one side face the Shad Thames area, which is a lovely concoction of restaurants and shops and at the end of this street one can find the Design Museum, a must visit for budding talent and explorers. Try the unbelievable hot chocolate at Zizzi’s restaurant in Shad Thames, as apart from the amazing food here, it’s the best I’ve had. The opposite side can take one to an open walkway that faces the river and the London Bridge and further down has luxury shops, etc. A walk from here also goes to Borough market. From Borough market one can walk to the Globe and the Millennium Bridge and Tate. But yes, I’d advise this walk to people that like seeing a place by foot and know their way around. South hall was a good find amongst several other things to enjoy in London, but it’s not at a walkable distance ☺ of course. Oxford Street and Bond Street, Green Park, Hyde Park, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and Brick Lane, everything is splendid! People are very kind and the sites are fantastic in London is needless to say, safe to walk in the night and everywhere if one is vigilant. Tower Hill streets were a bit visually intimidating but nothing to worry about, just something to be careful about that’s a no brainer for any first timer. Traveled solo and would stay only here, again most definitely.

"An excellent flat that fulfilled all needs"
This is really an excellent flat that looks just like the pictures that is shown. The flat is easy to access by tube (although it is a bit of a walk to get there) and everything you need is close by (waitrose, restaurants etc.). The kitchen is equipped with most of the things you need. The area feels safe and quiet. I was worried that the trains would be disturbing but I couldn't hear them at all. I warmly recommend this flat!
