The London Warehouse is a great space comprising over 175 Square meters or 1900 Square feet. The London Warehouse is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The location is within the zone one station of Vauxhall which gives easy access to central London in one or two stops. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a laundry area and separate kitchen. For London Standards this is a big apartment. We can hold eight guests easily without it feeling too cramped of busy. The apartment is split over two levels with only 5 steps once inside so there are not lots of stairs to climb!

There are many restaurants and eateries within a 5 minute walk from basic cafe to high end dining, there is food for every choice even before heading in to central which is only a stones throw away. If the weather allows you are only a 15/20 minute walk from big Ben and parliament. Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind.

A security/Damage deposit of £300 is required before arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
