The Space

The flat has just been redecorated throughout with new double-glazed sash windows and recent additions include a solid oak wood floor, bathroom with underfloor heating and whirlpool bath, fitted wardrobes and refurbished kitchen.

Guest Access

There is excellent shopping within walking distance, including Marks & Spencer, Army & Navy Stores and other Victoria Street shops, the Tachbrook Street market and local shops and also upmarket Pimlico shops and boutiques. There are two theatres within 100 yards and lots of excellent restaurants of all types.

The Neighbourhood

The flat has high ceilings and decent sized rooms. There are only 10 flats so the block is quiet, there is also lift access.

Getting around

Victoria station (Main-line trains, buses and underground) is 5 minutes walk away. There are also always taxis waiting in the middle lane outside. At night the streets are well-lit between the block and Victoria station

Please enjoy the flat but look after it as you would your own! The flat is non smoking, please respect this. Please return the flat as you found it, in particular be careful with the paintings on the wall

The keys are top quality security keys, if you lose the keys then it is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred with getting them re-cut/re-ordered.
