An entrance hall; kitchen that is modern and fully-equipped (an american travel writer reviewed them as the most equipped he has ever come across!); living room with dining area and balcony overlooking the west-end.
Enclosed staircase with handrail and 12 steps (elderly & infirm please note!) to the upper level: 2 double bedrooms, the bedrooms are the same size - one faces east and the other faces west and both contain mirrored wardrobes, desk areas and bedside cabinets + storage drawers.

The beds are set up as 1 superking (uk 6ft wide x 6ft6' long) in one room and 2 singles (uk 3ft wide x 6ft 6' long) in the other. The owners supply the best quality dunlopillo super luxury pillows for the best support and comfort, plus hairdryers and laundry bags for guests convenience.

However, you do NOT have to physically STAY for the whole duration and can ARRIVE and DEPART on any day, but the charge for that week will apply.

- 10+11 NIGHT STAYS: We also accept rentals that run FRI-FRI to MON (10 nights) and MON-MON to FRI (11 nights)

- EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNTS: Low/High Season 2 weeks at £950/£1050, 3 weeks at £900/£1000, 4 weeks at £850/£950, 13 weeks at £795/£850

* * LAST MINUTE NIGHTLY RENTALS * *

NIGHTLY RENTALS are available but ONLY LAST MINUTE on unsold weeks. They are released 10 days prior to your arrival date OR earlier only if an EXACT gap is showing on the calendar between two existing bookings.

EXTRA PERSONS - it is sometimes possible to sleep 5 or 6 persons where a Guest Mattress is available. However you MUST request this in advance and there is a £10 per night extra charge for this (to cover extra linen, laundry and wear & tear).

An EXIT-CLEAN FEE fee of £50 to cover normal servicing on departure plus initial provision of laundry powder, toilet rolls, soaps, etc is payable once upon check-in, regardless of length of stay, and goes directly to the landlord's chosen maid service. Weekly maid service is then free.

All rates are fully inclusive - the only extras payable are for telephone usage (long distance) or cable movies.

TO BOOK: credit card details are required to hold ALL bookings. RENTAL PAYMENT is usually preferred by BANK-to-BANK TRANSFER. Credit cards may be accepted (subject to handling fee).

On ARRIVAL a refundable KEY & SECURITY DEPOSIT is required - either £200 cash* OR credit card imprint and proof of ID (eg passport/drivers licence). *This is returned on departure, less any damages, lost keys/property, phone charges, etc. For extended stays a different holding & security deposit is required in advance, which will be based on the length of your stay (please enquire).

HELPFUL INFO:

BOOKING SECURITY: for your reassurance & peace of mind, the landlord employs a professional check in company with agents to handle/supervise all bookings, hold deposits, accept credit cards and assist all guest arrivals/stays (used for 10 years), and a private maid service (used for 6 years).

The landlord has been advertising on the internet since 2001 - and has had no disputes with any guest. We recommend you choose wisely as we hear stories from guests old and new where monies were paid in advance and the accommodation was entirely different when they actually got to london, or didn't even exist! Our professional hotel-like arrangement has worked smoothly for 10 years - hence our client list above and repeat business.
