To be found on the raised first floor, it is an oasis of calm despite its central location. Amazingly quiet, secluded and safe, tucked away behind some of London's busiest and most exciting thoroughfares.

It is located just off Oxford Street (London's most famous shopping street), seconds away from Tottenham Cout Road Underground station and bus stops - walking distance to all of London's main tourist attractions. The flat also borders the district of Soho - famous not only for the creative industries based there but also for being the top area for nightlife and theatre. The quieter and more genteel area of Charlotte Street, with its many upmarket restaurants and independent coffee shops, lies in the opposite direction, just a few steps away.

There are wood floors throughout (please don't wear shoes that will damage this!) and original sash windows, as well as stylish exposed brickwork walls and a fireplace. A secret bookcase doorway leads to the main family bathroom.

Please remember that you are booking an apartment right in the centre of London. The area is perfectly safe but, as with all cities, there may occasionally be homeless people about. I have never had any problems in all the years that I have lived at the property. Indeed, there is a Michelin starred restaurant at the end of the same road and they have their own security/doormen, making the area safer still.
