The apartment is rented on exclusive use and is five minutes' walk from Kennington underground station (zone 2), less than 10 minutes' walk from Elephant & Castle underground station (in zone 1) and approximately 30 minutes' walk from the South Bank and Westminster.
Daily parking tickets available for off street parking (to be requested at the time of booking - cost: £4 per ticket)

"Perfect for families"

"Pour découvrir Londres en famille dans de bonnes conditions."
L'appartement est bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la station Kennington et à 2 minutes en bus de Elephant and Casttle d'où partent de nombreuses lignes de bus vers le centre de Londres. Un petit supermarché est également tout près c'est très pratique. L'appartement était propre, les lits très confortables, le séjour est petit mais on ne va pas à Londres pour rester dans un appartement , l'important c'est de bien dormir! Maurizio nous a bien conseillé par mail quand nous lui avons demandé des renseignements, il nous a accueillis avec le sourire et s'est montré très serviable.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

"Great base to explore London"
My family stayed here in October (2 adults & 2 children). It was a great base for exploring London. Only about 4 tube stops from Kennington into Lecicester Square. Flat was ideal - very clean and although only 1 bedroom, the front room slept an additional 2 and the whole place was big enough for 4 of us to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. Maurizio met us on our arrival and was kind enough to have the essentials (tea, coffee, bread, milk etc) organised for us. We had a great time in London and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks Maurizio.

"Classic row house - easy access to London Waterloo."
London is expensive. To be one stop from Waterloo was incredible. Flat is historic but kitchen, albeit small, and bathroom are modern. Easily sleeps 5 and could be 6 on futon. We were a little late leaving, but worked with the maid and got to meet Maurizio. He was low-key about it as they readied for the next person. Pros: close to metro, very small market, historic, pubs nearby, roomy rooms, good beds and linens. Cons: only one roll of TP and paper towels, but I don't mind leaving things for others. Really a fab place. Definitely would recommend it and stay again. Thank you Maurizio!

"Great Place to Stay in London"
Maurizio's flat is a very comfortable place and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe, even returning late from the theater. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed. There are two tube stops close by, so it was really quick to get anywhere we needed to go. Maurizio was very good about communicating before and during our trip so everything went very smoothly. We had a great time in London, and it was made even better by having such a nice home away from home. I would love to stay there again next time I am in London. Thanks again Maurizio.

"What a great way to start a Dream Holiday!"
Our stay was great, we were travelling from Australia, and from when we arrived at our accommodation, Maurizio met us as we had arrived very early he welcomed us, also left some provisions for breakfast, what a great start. The flat is in a great location and walking distance to trains and buses. Shops were close by as well. The flat was very comfortable and and everything we needed was well taken care of. We would certainly recommend the stay and would love to return, Judy, Lisa, Ben & Romona

We came in London last April and stayed in Maurizio's flat. First of all, I wish to say that Maurizio is a very kind and helpful host who welcomed us very warmly.
The flat is very pretty (specially the bathroom) and very elegantly decorated. The situation is just perfect ! 5 mn to reach the nearest tube station and 2 stops to reach the centre of London. There is a big supermarket in Elephant & Castle which is situated in a short walk from the flat. There is also a little grocery close to the tube station which is very helpful.
Everything was perfect and we will sure come back again.

4 donne che trascorrono qualche giorno a Londra, durante il mese di Dicembre, non potevano capitare meglio! L'appartamentino in stile Vittoriano di Maurizio è risultato davvero accogliente e pratico. La sua vicinanza alla fermata della Metro Kennington e a Larcom Street, dove circolano numerosi autobus, ci ha consentito di raggiungere rapidamente ogni destinazione. L'appartamento è molto curato e ben riscaldato e la gestione di Maurizio è sintomo di generosità. Gli accessori sono nuovi, i dettagli molto curati, le stanze fresche di pittura.... ed il bagno in ardesiaaaa!!!... tutto respira di una semplicità raffinata e grande pulizia. I contatti con Maurizio sono stati molto amichevoli ed improntati sulla massima disponibilità. L'appartamento ci ha consentito una sistemazione comoda ed i letti sono davvero "riposanti". Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ospitale e tutti i parametri ci fano pensare che ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora Maurizio per il tuo "savoir faire"! Paola
