This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd floor (considered as the 3rd floor in the US and Canada) of a smart renovated building with elevator and a security system in Kings Cross, London. It is a very large apartment- 120 m2 (1300 ft²) and it has a 35 m2 (375 ft²) private terrace with patio furniture and bamboo plants.

The living room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, white walls and minimalist modern furnishings. The seating area of the living room contains two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD player. A large window takes up the entire eastern wall and gives access to the balcony. There is also a round glass table in front of the window where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The dining area can be found on the other side of the open living room. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The master bedroom features hardwood floors, a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has flexible sleeping accommodations, with two single beds or a king size bed (your choice). There is also a double bed in the living room. The modern bathroom contains a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.

This luxury apartment overlooks a quiet street, and the windows are double glazed, to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is a picturesque canal just two blocks away, with waterside restaurants and a nature reserve. Walking along the canal you can reach Camden Market, Regents Park, London Zoo and many other places of interest.

A Tesco supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away. Furthermore, there restaurants and shops for every budget in the neighborhood, and Kings Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Not only a must for Harry Potter fans, this station also makes it easy to take a day trip to other UK cities. Kings Cross is also a London Underground station, and gives access to the Circle, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan subway lines.

St. Pancras Station is just 7 minutes walk from the apartment, where the Eurostar will take you to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes.

Check-in from 2pm, and check-out by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

"A perfect weekend city-trip"

We spent a wonderful and sunny weekend in London and Pauls appartement made it perfect. It is spacious ,well furnished and clean.
Paul was very kind and helpful while planing arrival and departure procedure ( left luggage, oyster card...)

"A perfect apartment for a perfect trip"

Me and my family spent 4 nights in this apartment. We were in six people and the apartment was enough spacious for all of us. It is exactly how it is showed in the pictures. Although it is close to Kings cross St Pancras station we didn't hear any noise. The apartment was cleaned, very quiet and well equipped. Mr Morgan is a friendly person always available for everything even though we didn't need anything during our staying. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from kings cross station from which you can reach any destination because of the different tube lines. But it is also well served with bus: Oxford street is just 15 minutes. Thank you Mr Morgan for everything. i hope to go back soon to London and I will contact Mr Morgan again for sure!

"Fantastic owner, great quiet property in the centre of London"

This property is large and quiet. It is five minute walk from st pancreas and kings cross stations/underground, and taxis are easy to pick up. The property is on the back side of a complex of apartments, which backs onto a very quiet back lane which appeared to only be used for access to the properties adjoining it. This meant our stay was peaceful, most importantly at night. This was great with our two year old too.
The walled terrace area was an added child friendly bonus, and had the weather been warmer we certainly would have used it more, which is a luxury outdoor space in the city.
The owner is very accommodating and helpful, providing high chair cot bed and even a baby bath, which was an unexpected bonus.
The master bed was so comfy and pillow choice one thick and one thinner was perfect as I like a thick pillow and always end up missing my pillow from home, not so I slept like a log, every night.
I will definitely consider using this property again as peace and quiet is essential for a good nights sleep after a day in the city, and something that is hard to find in the centre of London. I know if we ever look else where for accommodation we will only be disappointed.
Thank you again Paul for all your help and support during our stay, and for helping us out of a difficult situation at late notice.

"PERFETTO !!!!OLTRE OGNI ASPETTATIVA!!!"

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! l'appartamento è estremamente bello e vivibile. E' molto grande e luminoso.Dotato di tutti i confort!!!Noi eravamo in 5 ma dalla grandezza dell'appartamento sembrava che ci perdessimo!!! I letti sono molto comodi, la cucina molto funzionale e grande, il bagno molto pulito e comodo. La zona è inutile dire che è strepitosa: a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro di King's Cross che ti porta ovunque tu voglia andare a dalla stazione ferroviaria di St. Pancras. (noi arrivavamo con il treno da Luton, quindi molto comoda).
Paul è estremamente gentile e disponibile!!! Se dovessi tornare a Londra ovviamente alloggerò di nuovo in questo appartamento !!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The apartment is extremely beautiful and livable. It is very big and bright. It is equipped with all comforts! We were 5 people, but because of the size of the apartment it seemed like we could lose each other! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional and large, the bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Needless to say the area is amazing: a 5-minute walk from King's Cross subway that takes you anywhere you want to go to- and the train station of St. Pancras. (We were coming by train from Luton, so very convenient as there is a direct train).
Paul is extremely friendly and helpful! If I go back to London again obviously I will be staying in this apartment!
