"Do not rent, unless you can function without sleep!"

My wife and I, along with our two sons (22 years and 18 years), stayed at this property during the summer of 2013. Upon arrival, we were informed by the owner that the lift/elevator was not presently… More

"Lovely flat, great location"

We met Francesco at the flat who was really helpful and showed us around. The location of the flat is excellent, in an immaculately converted fire station just off the top of Shaftesbury Avenue, third floor with a lift, a few minutes walk to three tube stations and you really feel in the heart of things. There is a pub a few doors along on the corner, a corner shop and a lovely cafe called Silva's which is great for breakfast, all on the doorstep. The flat was lovely, nice and new and clean and well equipped with all kitchen stuff you need, even soap and toothpaste, dishwasher tabs etc. We would definitely stay there again, a brilliant base for staying in London.

Only two tiny negatives from us the sofa bed wasn't great, we ended up putting the kids on it which was fine. Also, and this shouldn't be a surprise for central London, but it was very noisy at night, due to many deliveries that took place through the night via a carpark next to the flat. Ok with the windows closed though and wouldn't put me off going again.
