The London region

The city of London is home to Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, the gothic buildings of Westminster, Big Ben and St Paul's Cathedral... just a few of the landmark places of interest to visit. There are a wide array of free galleries and museums that are very easy to access using the great public transport networks including buses, tubes and London's Black cabs. Why not try visiting the Tate Gallery then taking a taxi boat along the river Thames, past the Houses of Parliament to visit Tate Modern on the South bank where there are a wealth of restaurants, cafes, market stalls and street performers as well as the London Eye and London Aquarium.

Chelsea's own Royal Court Theatre can be found in Sloane Square and is Britain's leading national company dedicated to new work by innovative writers from the UK and around the world.

Belgravia can also offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city with access to its green areas and parks, the beautiful Hyde Park, Green Park and Buckingham Palace Gardens are all in the vicinity and Battersea Park is just the other side of the river with boating, café and beautiful walks.

Shopping can be found at Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and the charming shops of Jermyn Street with Sheppard's Market and its quaint restaurants and bars close by. Also at your disposal are the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars of the fashionable Kings Road and Portobello market in Notting Hill. "I wish we could live in this house and neighborhood for ever!"

I wish we could live in this house and neighborhood for ever! Sloane Square tube station is only one block from the house. Close to all stores, Kings Road and Sloane Street, museums, parks etc. Very clean, well decorated, functional, spacious, really gorgeous! I strongly recommend it!

"We found our happy place in a beautiful home in London"

Christmas in a foreign country was made more meaningful and memorable because we spent it in this beautiful house. My family of 11 members was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect where we cooked a huge turkey for our Christmas eve dinner with friends. The children had their own area all to themselves. The elevator was a huge success particularly in taking the suitcases to the different rooms. The only problem was that it didn't function in the last few days of our stay. We felt so at home because we had everything we needed as far as appliances, cleaning implements, linens, laundry necessities were concerned. The only thing was that there were not enough interesting restaurants around the area. Kirsty, the one who welcomed us,tried to take care of all our concerns even if it was Christmas and we thank her.
