CAPACITY : 1 double Bed + ... we may bring in an extra single camp bed on request at the time of the booking, otherwise we can not provide it

No need for car you are in the Centre

Tube/Underground: 2 minutes walk max. Bus stops 50 meters

Shopping:

Supermarkets: PARTRIDGES 5 star 200 meters Sainsbury's 1 star 400meters

JEWELLERY: CARTIER 200 meters TIFFANY's 180 meter

A wonderful " PETIT" apartment in the "chic" part of Central London

Open plan living room/dining room, large modern bathroom , kitchen area , double bedroom ( please look at floor plans)

It is modern furnished with all furnishings supplied by Heals, Conran and Ligne Roset

Lower ground apartment but with high ceilings in this Very prestigious Location,The height from the floor to the top is 2.9m Draycott is one of the TOP CENTRAL LONDON ADDRESSES , located behind Kings Road, and a stone's throw from Sloane Square, if you enjoy city centre living this is the place, if not, please note this is NOT a rural countryside

If you love the hustle and bustle of the city with all these lovely boutiques,hundreds of fabulous restaurants and bars, lovely dressed upmarket looking people this is the place for you.

If not........

You either going to love this lovely part of the world or if you are looking for a quite, slow moving place you are going to hate it

The bad part.... being located in the most expensive area in London, we bought it at a PREMIUM, ( we could have bought a 4 bedroom place for the same price 2 miles down the road), I try to let it out at a realistic price and I try to make it look good and befitting of this area,however if you need something extra let me know and I shall be happy to comply

The flat has TV/DVD player and wireless internet

The kitchen has fridge/microwave, electric hob, toaster,cappucino maker,oven

full set of cutlery, dinner set, to include champagne cooler and glasses.

There is a washing machine & dryer for your use

You will find a Comfortable bed FRESH and CLEAN linen and THE BEST LOCATION IN CENTRAL LONDON that you can dream off

I take pride to buy the best linen and towels, I do my best to buy lovely trendy soaps and hand creams for your stay

if you stay longer than 1 week , I always try to make you feel more at home by paying a cleaner- I pay them , you do not,- to come and clean up every week change your linen and towels, I travel often myself so I try my best ..............I truly wished that everybody appreciated my efforts with an open mind rather than ...count the scratches!!! on my wooden floor like my last guest . I Do try hard to please and make you comfortable and I shall keep on doing so as long as I rent this apartment

The apartment can sleep up to 2 adults

We had lots of families of 4 and even a family of 5 !!!!!! staying - but it will be crumped , it is 40 sqmeters apartment-

There is always a Double bed. Tell us that there are more of you and we will also bring an additional double sofa bed

all just around the corner, just a brisk walk.
