Large studio flat suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests."Bayswater" underground station (zone 1, District and Central lines). The flats are fully furnished, own private bathroom (WC and shower cabin) and fully fitted kitchen, double bed, TV, fridge/freezer, washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Full fresh bed linen set including fresh towels are provided.


FLAT FACILITIES:
• Self-catering fully fitted kitchen (including Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Cooker/Oven, Vacuum Cleaner);
• Double bed and double sofa bed with bed linens & towels (one bath and one hand towels for each guest);
• Furniture: wardrobe, chairs, chest of drawers, dining table, various kitchen and cookware, cutlery, freeview TV, entryphone system.

• All bills and tax are included into the rate. However, electricity is not included. There is an electricity meter, which you need to top up on pay as you go system. The average cost is around £1.00 per day.
