Location, location, location! You won’t find better than this!

Fitzrovia is a lovely area and the apartment is well positioned to enjoy it. Fitzroy Street benefits from being in the very centre of London but it's a quieter street. The street itself has a nice residential/business mix.

Finding the right place to be is always difficult when you go to a new city. Our location is lovely. We are central and in a super neighbourhood. Fitzrovia has got a good vibe. It’s a trendy and sought after location. I rather like it because we get everyone here. The area really meets a wide demand. Fitzrovia has a villagey feel so you get locals, people working (there's lots of media companies in the area), students (London University is close by including UCL) and tourists.

You won't get bored in the immediate vicinity. We have lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and great transport links a few minutes away in Tottenham Court Road / Charlotte Street. There's some beautiful Georgian architecture in the area such as Fitzroy Square, a pedestrianised garden square where Guy Richie has just bought. It's a step from the apartment.

"Perfect space, atmosphere and location to explore the heart of London."

This rental is the perfect setting for a closer look at London's streets and attractions, with all amenities within easy walking distance, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The accommodation was comfortable and well thought out, the service was relaxed and friendly, thank you very much for being such accommodating hosts.

"Great location !"

Even we couldn't enjoy the terrace (because of rain...), we had great stay. Location is fantastic and Liz is so helpful for everything.
Clean living room, bed room and kitchen. Especialy with small child, the appartment was extremely convenience for us.
We will for sure stay again for our futur visit to London. Thank you very much Liz for your very professional assistance. It had been with pleasure to staying in your apt.

"A wonderful stay and would love to go again."

We stayed at the property over the Christmas and New Year period. There were two of us. First thing to mention is the great customer service we got from Liz and Jack. They made our stay a wonderful one. They answered any questions we had promptly and did what they could to rectify any issues. For instance the wi-fi wasn't working in the flat at the time and due to the holidays it was hard to get the telecoms company to fix it. So Liz came up with an alternative solution which was great. They met us personally on a rainy Christmas Day evening to welcome us into the flat.

The flat was nice clean and tidy with a wonderful little balcony. We were actually lucky to watch the New Year fireworks on the London Eye from the balcony which was a wonderful plus we didn't expect. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The flat is perfectly placed if you want to walk around the West End, Regent's Park, Oxford street etc. To be honest in the summer I could imagine myself walking to Hyde Park and even Notting Hill Gate. Or you can choose to walk up North to Primrose Hill and Hampstead etc. It's close to public transport as well. It's in the heart of things but in a relatively quiet location. Even in the cold we walked everywhere. It was great.

When I'm next in town I might check the place out again. If you are looking for a wonderful, simple in good way, renovated flat in a nice location in central London with decent management then you can't go far wrong. Keep up the good work guys and more importantly please don't let the great customer service slip. That's what makes the difference. A great short let.
