This two double bedroom apartment located in Tower Bridge. The Apartment has been newly refurbished to an executive standard and boasts a large open plan reception/dining area, a modern open plan kitchen, two large double bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms and a communal garden. The trendy bars and restaurants and shops of Spitalfields, Brick Lane and Shoreditch are but a short walk away.

The property is located very close to Tower hill and Tower gate way station.

Waitrose and Sainsbury Food(Supermarket) is a short walk away(3 mins)!

Tourist attractions nearby include Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Wilton's Music Hall, Whitechapel Art Gallery, Whitechapel Bell Foundry. Excellent connections on the DLR. Also very easy driving access, we are just outside the congestion charging zone but also just a couple of hundred metres from the Highway which provides an excellent free flowing arterial route in and out of London.

This is lovely apartment in one of London's most popular postcodes, E1. This magnificent apartment measures at over 700 square feet and is based on the border of The City.

Stunning two double bedrooms, one rather large and with an en-suite, a separate fully integrated kitchen and a superb large lounge.

This apartment also offers a very modern family bathroom, high ceilings, natural light and 24 hour concierge service.

Very secure, The apartment is surrounded by local amenities, including a Waitrose superstore, and also offers fantastic transport links to Canary Wharf.

Transport

Flat is located in a conservation area, 3 mins walk to Tower Gateway DLR, or 5 min walk to Tower Hill tube (District/Circle), or Aldgate (Circle/Metropolitan), or Aldgate East (District, Hammersmith and City) tube stations. It is an 8-10 minute walk to Shadwell DLR and overground. London Bridge station is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride. The nearby buses are 15, 25, RV1.

The nearest supermarket (Waitrose) is a 5 minute walk, there are shops 50 yards away (including convenience store, restaurants and hairdressers).

Tower Hill tube and Tower Gateway DLR stations are just a stone throw away with Liverpool Street and Bank a short walk away. The many shops and restaurants of Shoreditch are also within walking distance.

A comfortable single mattress will be provided for the fifth person to stay in the living room. Bed sheet, duvet and pillow will also be provided.

Travel details

If you have 2 or more guests, I suggest booking a taxi is the most convenient and cost efficient way to travel to the apartment from the airport. No one likes to carry the luggages around after a plane journey. Heathrow express costs £21 per person plus underground ticket fair of £2.20. We can book a taxi for you to pick you up from Heathrow airport and take you directly to the apartment for £55 (up to 4 persons, please request quote for more than 4 persons). Let me know if you would like this service.

Check-in/ Check-out

You will be greeted on the day by either myself or a professional concierge at the apartment to hand over keys to you and will be available when required

Upon check-in, guess must show a valid government issued photo ID.

I am always available and as my stats shows, I almost always answer within the hour. When you decide to stay with us, you will have my mobile number and I'll answer your questions within minutes. I live close to the apartment so i'll never too far away it you need help with anything.

Please let me know when you would like to check in. Our check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please check with me if we can check you in slightly earlier.

Late check in fee applies after 9pm

We don't live at the apartment so would appreciate you turn up on time to check in. There will be a £10 charge per hour for late check-in to cover the cost of the person waiting for you at the apartment. Obviously, I am not unreasonable, so will only charge you if it incurs a cost to me. Late check-out is available with discretion for a small fee, please just ask
