Being an Aussie living in London for 7 years now I have a fairly good understanding of what travellers like and what makes your experience that much more unique. My mums Spanish and my dads Scottish so naturally I know good food and partying, and can recommend well in both of these areas.
Privacy is unique to Mears Close as it's situated in the centre of the block, fully gated off from the hustle bustle of the tasty restaurants and grills. The basement level has the master bedroom (19sm) with a super king size bed + a single bed, air conditioning, en suite, laundry + entrance to the courtyard. Street level has the main entrance, second bedroom (14sm) with a king size bed, bathroom/shower + kitchen so it´s suitable for elderly and less mobile people. The top level has the lounge/dining room and terrace, which overlook Mears Close and the 3 shared car spaces which you are welcome to use.
The Trip Adviser 2014 award winning Micks Mansion has a relaxed Danish fit out, and housekeepers give you the 5 star treatment preparing everything before you arrive. There is a travel cot with bed linen, hair dryers, fresh towels, toiletries, washing powder etc. to save you organising that yourself. There is a washing machine/dryer, and if it suits you you're welcome to use my basement en suite if it helps you at shower time.
Top 2 floors only - Using the top 2 floors is a cheaper option for smaller groups. You have exclusive use of the kitchen / dining / terrace / upstairs bathroom / upstairs bedroom (1 x king size bed) + up to 3 sleeping in the lounge room. I stay in the basement in this scenario (you'll never be sharing with other paying guests). I have my own en suite, & basement level entrance which is separate to your street level entrance so you'll always have 100% privacy.

2 people = £795 per week
3 people = £900 per week
4 people = £1005 per week

WHOLE HOUSE (5 in beds + 3 in the lounge room):
Up to 8 people = £1980 per week
As a general guide without considering specifics:
For 1 – 5 people Micks Mansion (top 2 floors only).
For 2 – 7 people Micks Manor.
For 4 – 8 people Micks Mansion (whole house).
For 8+ people you'll need a combination of both properties.
May / September = usual rate x 1.10 (so 10% more).
June / July / August = usual rate x 1.25 (so 25% more).
Public holidays are weekend rates.
2015 rates = 2014 rates x 1.05 (so 5% more).
Rugby World Cup Sep 11th 2015 - Nov 7th 2015 = double.
Kids under 2 years are free.
I will consider 2 night stays if there is an exact 2 day gap between existing bookings, or both nights are not weekend nights (or public holidays). 2 night stays incur a £40 housekeeping fee.
WiFi is free.
NANNY - Rhi is fully qualified with references & can look after your little rascals for £20/hr.
