"Great flat and central location"
We stayed at Georges and Sheetal's flat from July 6 to 14, 2013. They were very welcoming and helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and shopping in the area. The flat is very centrally located, just a few blocks to Oxford Circus station and a short walk to Charlotte Street where there are many restaurants. There is a Sainsbury local grocery store at the end of the street. Although 15-20 minutes from vibrant Soho, the immediate neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxing. The flat is on the first floor (1 floor up from ground level). The bedroom faced the small street while the living room faced a courtyard. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. Even without air conditioning, the windows provided a cross breeze and the flat was kept at a pleasant temperature. The flat is as described, with a large living area. We appreciated the full kitchen with dishes and supplies. We had a relaxing breakfast every morning, with the luxury of Nespresso coffee provided. My kids were able to practise on the grand piano every day, which was an added bonus. Georges was prompt in responding to email queries, and in returning our security deposit.

"The perfect London base"
This was a great apartment to stay in - the location can't be beaten, with Oxford St just a short stroll away, as well as Regent's Park and Covent Garden, several supermarkets in the area and lots of great places to eat. I particularly Pita Gourmet just around the corner!
But the best thing is the flat itself, with hi-tech equipment (flat screen TV, surround speakers, free WIFI...) and a concert grand piano. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you need, as well as some luxury ones like a high power blender and a Nespresso coffee machine.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this flat again.
