The Waterloo Penthouse is a 2,000 square foot, 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom dwelling, located in one of London's most historic, in-demand areas, Waterloo.
The living room is tastefully decorated, with a dining table, six chairs, and two sofas. For entertainment, there's also a flat-screen television, a DVD player, an MP3-compatible stereo, and high-speed internet access without restrictions as to the amount of data transfer taken place. You also have your own personal terrace, overlooking beautiful Waterloo Road and beyond.
Both bedrooms boast Queen-sized beds, with quality mattresses, bedding, and linen, to ensure a good night's rest. Both also boast full en-suite bathrooms, inclusive of showers. In the other bathroom, the main one, there's even a generous-sized bathtub, in addition to a shower.

-The Old Vic, a historic theatre that was established in 1818, is just 2 minutes by foot from the apartment.

WE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST APARTMENTS IN TOWN!
We boast a free high-speed (WiFi) internet connection, a telephone (for incoming calls only), a television, and all other modern conveniences.
The apartment will be stocked with coffee (instant), tea, sugar, milk pottles (UHT), oil, salt and pepper. The bathrooms will be stocked with soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and detergents for the washing machine (clothes) and the dishwasher.
Standard household items include a coffee plunger, a clothes iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying horse.
All linen is provided, including all bedding and blankets and towels for the bathrooms.
Both bedrooms are doubles and come furnished with double bed, duvet, and duvet cover. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with its own shower, basin, and toilet. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows and very well sound insulated floors. Overall, the rooms are very light, airy, and have a clean, crisp décor, with ample space and a comfortable, quiet aura, to ensure a good night's rest.
The apartment has two bathrooms; one being an ensuite to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a modern finish with sleek cream tiles and contemporary features and fittings. They're fully stocked with soaps, shower gels, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide ample linen, towels, and toilet paper for your stay.
We can also provide a cleaning service if you wish (see extra services below). For a small fee, we will clean your entire apartment and provide fresh linen and towels.

The South East England / London region
Waterloo is a district of London, England, and part of the London Borough of Lambeth. It is situated 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Charing Cross. The area is part of a business improvement district known as Waterloo Quarter, which includes The Cut and the Old Vic and Young Vic theatres, including some sections in the London Borough of Southwark.
The area was marshland towards the northern tip of the ancient parish of Lambeth. It was known as Lambeth Marshe, but was drained in the 18th century and is remembered in the Lower Marsh street name.
Waterloo is connected to the Strand area on the north bank of the River Thames by Waterloo Bridge. The first bridge on the site was opened in 1817 and the current bridge was opened in 1945. The bridge was named to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Waterloo Road also dates from this time, built on land belonging to the Archbishop of Canterbury. The Church of St John the Evangelist, Waterloo Road was constructed from 1822 by the Commissioners for Building New Churches as the population of the parish of Lambeth had significantly increased. After the opening of Waterloo railway station in 1848 the locality around the station and Lower Marsh became known as Waterloo.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. We love the whole canary wharf location including the fantastic view directly over the Thames and toward the city. Such a modern city with shopping mall, underground, DLR rail, Cinemas all within 1 to 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Aparment was spaceous and comfortable for our family of 5 which included two good sized bedrooms, and two toilets.. Secure apartment building with a huge Gym with sauna and spa. We needed a carpark and our host Thomas kindly aranged for an economical daily rate at the neighbouring car park. Thomas is a very friendly chap whom we came to be friends with because of his customer focus and very friendly nature. Any request me made was no bother for Thomas who really made us feel at home. We are a family of 5 and we comfortably settled into this aparment. When we come back to London, we will certainly come and stay at this apartment & if it is booked, Thomas has a number of other apartments in the area that share most of the same benefits as this apartment ( we stayed in 2 during our 5 weeks in Canary Wharf).
