We were very disappointed in several aspects of this apartment. - Plumbing very poor, with bathroom sinks that took a long time to drain and generally needed replacing - Shower room had mould all over the wall -Second bathroom hand shower could not be used as water sprayed everywhere. -Second bathroom had damp and mould all over the wall behind the door. -Bathrooms needed a good clean. -Paint and walls in desperate need of repair as rising damp had visibly taken over -Not enough seating in the lounge area -Every time you used the toaster the safety switch went off needing to be reset -Apartment was freezing when we arrived it took 48 hours to warm running 24 hours a day at 30 degrees on thermostat. The outside weather was 2 degrees a slightly warm apartment on arrival would have been nice. -No toilet paper supplied, had to immediately run out to buy some. -Had trouble with the internet which required a phone call as information in folder incorrect. -Generally kitchen and bathroom floors needed a good clean as did the dining table. |

everything was as stated and pictured and very adequate - only complaint was that it is a basement apartment and therefore smells musty and the showers are old and have mold |
