Covent Garden Central London
About the home
Covent Garden is at the very heart of London's city centre and is a popular area for both tourists and locals. Whether you are in search of culture, restaurants, shopping opportunities or a night out, you will find what you are after in Covent Garden. The apartment is two minutes walk from the Royal Opera House and surrounded by some of London's best restaurants and bars, vibrant cafes, theatres, cinemas, nightlife and shopping areas. Holborn and Covent Garden underground stations are both less than 5 minutes walk away.
The property has been tastefully decorated and painted white with wooden floors throughout. The high ceilings give an impression of great space and the flat is surprisingly quiet as the rear of the building overlooks a pretty courtyard area which is hardly used.
The apartment rental includes the cost of internet access, water, gas, electricity and change of towels/linen. It is ideal for a couple or a small family no larger than 5. The apartment is not suitable for a party of 5 adults.
The property does not have a lift/elevator and there are 2 flights of stairs.
There is a professional-standard Bechstein upright piano in the lounge, which is available to use (by arrangement) at no extra cost.
You will be welcomed personally to the apartment by the owner.

This is the area to head to if you would like to find interesting and unique boutiques. It sits at the other side of Long Acre when you leave the Covent Garden tube station.
Seven Dials is close to Neal Street and named after the quaint roundabout at its centre, with seven small streets leading from it. Head to Seven Dials to find high-quality bars, restaurants and shops.

The greatest thing about this flat is the location. It can't be beat for the price. Couple of things to be aware of: there is no clothes dryer - there is a rack to dry clothes on, but no clothes drying machine. There are no outlets in the bathrooms, makes it hard to dry or style your hair. The fridge is a small mini-fridge like for dorm rooms. The 2nd bed is actually a cushioned chair (kinda like a futon) that folds out and is not very comfortable and very small. There's 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. None of these are deal breakers, but just thought it would be helpful information. Wish we would have known these things up front. Even dispite all of this all of us would stay there again. |

we stayed at this apartment for our trip to the olympics we had a fabulous time.we were met by the owners daughter she gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the apartment. It was very clean bright and spacious.the view from the large windows allowed us to feel part of the atmostphere from the square below it felt very cosmopolitan.we were able to use the kitchen facilities to cook a family meal every night as there is a sainsburys just around the corner.the location allowed us to walk everywhere and being 10 minutes walk to the thames was an added bonus.we would definately recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again in the future. |

The location of this flat was superb! A stone's throw from Covent Garden and theatre land. Very accommodating hosts, met and shown around flat and made themselves available if and when needed. The flat was perfect for my family and provided us with everything we needed. Facilities in the flat were great and everything a young family on holiday need, much more suitable than a hotel. if and when we return to London we would stay at this flat in a heart beat. The whole experience made our Olympic journey wonderful! |
