The apartment is fully self-contained and offers accommodation for 2 in the main bedroom, with an additional 2 in the lounge on a sofabed. The flat is well equipped with cooker, microwave, washer and dryer, heated towel rail, shower and bath.

The flat is part of a well maintained small block in the heart of Bloomsbury, with it's own patio entrance, and patio and communal garden to the rear. It includes excellent security and is in a very quiet location.

A key advantage of the apartment is it's location, being in the heart of Bloomsbury, near to St Pancras International and Kings Cross station, and walking distance to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Russell Square and Euston.

The flat has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard.

We rent the apartment for short term lets, usually from 1 week to 3 months at a time.

There a also several nearby parks, namely Mecklenburgh Square, St Georges Gardens, Coram Fields, Russell Square, all within walking distance.

The apartment is located in central London, very close to the British Museum, British Library, Charles Dickens House, Foundling Museum, Covent Garden and the theatre district.

Coram Fields is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, which is a fantastic recreation area for children and families. It includes a large open area with petting animals, playgrounds for different ages, a cafe and sand pit.

There are local amenities including Waitrose, Carluccios, Strada, Cafe Nero, Yo Shushi and other restaurants at the Brunswick Centre. There are also shops (including French Connection, Hobbs, Top Shop, River Island, cooking shops and cafes) and also a chemist, flower shop and card shop. Also nearby is Marchmont Street and Lambs Conduit Street, both with an eclectic mix of shops to visit.

Oxford Street is also close by, with many high quality retailers and bars and restaurants to visit including John Lewis, Selfridges, Libertys and more.

"Good value for money in an excellent location"

This is our second stay here and we would come again. The flat is just right for two: the bed is comfortable, and though the bedroom is on the street side, it is quiet at night. The living room has a comfy sofa, dining area, and a good-sized TV (with DVD player). There is a small patio and communal garden, adding a welcome touch of greenery. Patio furniture is provided and the weather was good enough to eat lunch al fresco some days! The kitchen, though small, is well equipped.
The location is very good for the West End, Covent Garden and Leicester Square. We walked home from there on several nights (about 30 mins walk) which is better than fighting the crowds on the Piccadilly Line! Also, there is a green shortcut to the back entrance of Waitrose through St George's Gardens (until dusk) which makes it only 6-7 minutes' walk. From there you can cut through another garden to Marchmont St. and down to Russell Square. Added to this you are about 10 minutes' walk from the British Library and King's Cross/St Pancras International train stations.

"Cute and comfortable"

This is a small well-decorated flat which contains everything one needs for a stay in London. I spent a week here in May, and enjoyed the comforts of the property. There's a lovely garden out back which, regrettably, I couldn't enjoy because of the inclement weather, but it was still nice to look out at. The bedroom is quite spacious, and it contained a wardrobe which had tons of hangers and space. Additionally, there was a large- sized chest of drawers and a great lamp for bedtime reading. The bathroom had a large tub with shower over, and good water pressure which was delightful. (Getting in and out of the tub was a bit of a challenge.) A heated towel rack was another nice convenience, particularly since it was so damp during my stay. The living/dining area had plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen had all the mod cons that one could use. I loved having a washer/dryer although, as is typical of that appliance, wrinkles reign supreme if one wants the clothing dry - I compromised. The flat is a below-stairs one, and I found the entry stairs very steep and was grateful for the splendid handrail at which I could clutch. I had some trouble locating the flat as the website's pictures did not make it clear to me that I needed to look "down". The location is a very quiet one, and I did miss an immediate neighborhood of shops and restaurants - that's a 10-minute walk away at Brunswick Centre. On the other hand, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and a quick transfer gets you to a stop that has buses that go everywhere into Central London. I used neither Tube nor Taxi on this trip, though several large Underground stations were a 10-minute walk away. Overall, this place gets a large plus.
