The double sofa bed pulls out into a double bed, transforming this room into a comfortable bedroom at night. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom on this floor, with a second bedroom and bathroom on the lower ground floor. The kitchen equipped with modern appliances and facilities, and has a large window looking out onto your own private garden and lawn.

King’s Cross Garden Suite is a large and bright two double bedroom, two bathroom garden flat and makes an ideal home!
It is situated over two floors in a large Georgian townhouse on a secure main road. The flat benefits from large bright rooms and tall windows, giving you lots of sunlight throughout the day. The fireplace makes the living room very cosy and gives extra warmth on winter days. The modern kitchen diner is with new appliances and caters for a simple coffee to a full home cooked meal, where you can dine in your own private garden on Outdoor space: Having your own garden in such a central location in London makes this flat a real gem, and provides a great place for relaxing or dining during the warmer days. The garden is about 50ft long, has a decked area with table, chairs and parasol ready for you to enjoy food and drinks al fresco. There are also several fruit trees ready for picking during harvest season!
The flat overlooks a small garden square, beyond which is Regent's Canal, where you can directly access the footpaths either side. This also makes a great day out, exploring via the canal ways of London to Regent's Park, London Zoo or the famous Camden Market in less than 30 minutes walk. All London airports have direct train or underground access to King’s Cross. St Pancras station has trains to Paris and European cities, so you could explore parts of Europe (daytrip to Paris, Bruges and Brussels!) whilst staying in London. A bullet train runs from King’s Cross to the main Olympic site in just 7 minutes so that you can catch the best games without the traffic! The flat is also ideally located to explore the best attractions in London. The British Library, British Museum, The London Canal Museum, Regent’s Park, Regen’t Canal and Brunswick Square are within walking distance. Oxford Circus, Convent Garden, Big Ben, London Eye and Trafalger Square is a short bus or underground journey. The immediate area has many shops, supermarket and restaurants within 50 metres and caters for all your daily needs. Those looking for dining experience are in for a treat with several riverside restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk. King’s Place is a Theatre and Arts venue with daily events. The flat was huge - light, comfortable and clean. We were surprised at how quiet it was, given the central location. Everyone we spoke to among the owners was friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this enough. We will definitely be staying again. |

We booked the Kings Cross Garden Terrace as a base for a few days sightseeing and to run the London Marathon. The house is in an excellent location and only a short 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. As a base it's excellent and there are plenty of shops and bars in the vecinity. The house itself was very clean and tidy with plenty of space. There were 6 of us and we didn't feel crammed in. There are two bathrooms and excellent kitchen facilities. We were met by David and Jane who really couldn't do enough for us as they were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. All in all an excellent place to stay and I would defintiely book again next time I visit London |

Rates are inclusive of domestic energy charges and taxes, clean bedding, linen and towels, and WIFI broadband internet. A £40 charge will be added to booking for final cleaning and laundry costs.
Confirmation of booking requires full payment of the rental cost. We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards. In circumstances where you are unable to pay by the above methods, we can accept electronic bank transfer, where the rental cost transferred should be net of any bank charges. The person paying must be over 18 years of age and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking.
Check-in is from 3pm on day rental is due to commence, and check-out is before midday on the day of departure. Depending on bookings, you may contact us to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure time by a few hours. Our normal working hours are 8am to 8pm, in the event of a late check in or early morning departure outside these ours, a £20 fee is payable as our staff has to employ private transport.
