We will confirm availability and reserve the apartment by taking payment for the entire stay.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be made up to one month before arrival.

You will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking for a cancellation made 31 days prior to your arrival date.

The Fielding Apartments keeps 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date.

We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments are not available before this time.

When you arrive you will need to collect the keys at our 24 hour hotel reception:

The Fielding Hotel, 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ.

It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Leave the keys in the flat upon vacating. Check-out is at 11am. You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any keys.

ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.

If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.

The South East England region

As this Apartment is situated in the heart of Central London Covent Garden, you will never have a shortage of things to see and do.

However due to the close proximity of the major London rail stations this apartment will also act as a fantastic base for holiday makers wishing to travel a bit further a field.

Why not take a day trip to Brighton, one of the UK's most vibrant seaside towns!

If you fancy something more historical, Oxford, Cambridge and Bath are also easily accessible by train!

"Wonderful accommodation in the best location in London."

From the moment we booked until the day we departed we were treated to excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. This is a very comfortable apartment, well appointed and holds a secret asset that was a wonderful surprise to us. We loved the location in the heart of Covent Garden with theatres, retail, pubs and restaurants aplenty all within a very short walking distance. With two couples and three singles we all had sufficient space and privacy. We also stayed one night in the Broadcourt Hotel next door and again the service and amenities were well above par. This is where we will stay whenever we travel to London in the future.
