Spacious 4 Bedroom Flat, just 2 minutes from Trafalgar Square, provides 2 open plan living/kitchen areas, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and free high speed broadband (Wifi)

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, clothes storage unit,, and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, double sofa bed, clothes storage unit, kitchenette and a flat screen TV

Bedroom 4 has a double bed, double sofa bed, clothes storage unit, kitchenette and a flat screen TV

Each living room area has two double sofa beds, coffee tables and 2 large screen digital televisions.

The main living room/ kitchen also has a 8-seater dinning table.

The Kitchens are fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates & cutlery

The 4 Bathrooms comes fully equipped with Bathtub, Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin, Hand soap and Shampoo.

Also provided in the apartment are 4 irons and ironing boards and 4 hair dryers, For families with Babies & Toddlers, High Chair and Cot facilities are available on request.

The apartment building offers a washing machine and dryer for communal guests use.

Please note: This 4 Bedroom Apartment is located between the 4th and 5th floor with no lift access.

We will confirm availability and reserve the apartment by taking a credit/debit card payment for the entire stay.
An apartment is only confirmed as a booking upon receipt of full payment.
Please ensure you have read and understood our cancellation policy before making a booking.

Cancellations:
You will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking for a cancellation made 31 days prior to your arrival date.
The Fielding Apartments keeps 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date .
We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.


Check-in procedure:

Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments are not available before this time.

Upon Check-in, we require to take a copy of Photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and Credit Card details as security damage deposit.
If you need to store your luggage, here are some secure luggage storage facilities in the surrounding area.

When you arrive you will need to collect the key at our 24 hour hotel reception:
The Fielding Hotel, 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ.
It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

If you have any problems, contact us on the following numbers:
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on 020 7240 5500.
If you have any problems outside these times you can call The Fielding Hotel reception for assistance on 020 7836 8305.

Check-out procedure:
Leave the key(s) in the flat upon vacating.
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.

Damage deposit:
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.

ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.

Viewing a property:
Should you wish to view a property before booking we can arrange an appointment time between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. We can only view a property if it is vacant.

The South East England / London region

This apartment is located in the heart of Central London so you will never run of of things to see and do in the area. However due to it's proximity to all of the major London railway stations it also offers a great base for those wanting to see more of the country.

Why not take a day trip to Brighton, one of the UK's most vibrant seaside resorts. Fancy something more historical? Oxford, Cambridge and Bath are all easily accessible by train!
