The 2 Bathrooms comes fully equipped with a Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin, Hand soap and Shampoo.
Also provided in the apartment are 2 irons and ironing boards and 2 hair dryers, For families with Babies & Toddlers, High Chair and Cot facilities are available on request.
The apartment building offers a washing machine and dryer for communal guests use.
Please note: 2 Bedroom Flats are located between the 1st and 5th floor with no lift access. We provide no guarantee of floor allocation.

We will confirm availability and reserve the apartment by taking a credit/debit card payment for the entire stay. An apartment is only confirmed as a booking upon receipt of full payment. Please ensure you have read and understood our cancellation policy before making a booking.
You will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking for a cancellation made 31 days prior to your arrival date.
The Fielding Apartments keeps 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date .
We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments are not available before this time.
Upon Check-in, we require to take a copy of Photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and Credit Card details as security damage deposit.
If you need to store your luggage, here are some secure luggage storage facilities in the surrounding area.
When you arrive you will need to collect the key at our 24 hour hotel reception:

It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

Leave the key(s) in the flat upon vacating.
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.

Should you wish to view a property before booking we can arrange an appointment time between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. We can only view a property if it is vacant.

This apartment is located in the heart of Central London so you will never run of of things to see and do in the area. However due to it's proximity to all of the major London railway stations it also offers a great base for those wanting to see more of the country.
Why not take a day trip to Brighton, one of the UK's most vibrant seaside resorts. Fancy something more historical? Oxford, Cambridge and Bath are all easily accessible by train!
Central London/Zone 1
This Apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from many of London's most famous attractions. These include Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, The British Museum, The London Eye and Embankment to name but a few!
Other notable London landmarks such as The Houses Of Parliament, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Downing Street... are all easily and quickly accessible by tube, bus or a black cab!

"Loud Street Noise"
We're a family of 6 adults that stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. We selected this place due to the strategic location as we wanted to be close to all the tourist attractions.
1) LOUD STREET NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG. It was situated along a very busy street (Villiers St) with restaurants and pubs. The crowd and the street noise continued well into the night, about 2 to 3am. This was particularly irritating if you're sleeping in the living room and front rooms facing the street. You will probably have about 2 hours sleep by then as the garbage truck will come about 5-6am, and you will be awaken with the trash (glass bottles falling into the waste disposal truck) being collected.
2) NO LIFT ACCESS. We knew beforehand that this flat did not come with any lift access but nothing prepared us with the narrow and high staircases that we had to lug our luggages up. We were coming from other parts of the EU, and had about 7 suitcases to lug up. We had the apartment on the 3rd floor. I pitied the neighbours during our check in and check out days.
3) CLEANLINESS. The apartment was neat and modern with tiny rooms and toilets but was dusty. The dishes were not properly clean as they still have oil streaks and stains on them, and the blankets had hairs on them. We had to use the bath towels and sheets as blankets.
Oven has grease/fat stains, and the wire racks were greasy.
4) KEYS COLLECTION. You will need to pick up the keys from their sister property, The Fielding Hotel which was a good 10 minutes walk. This is not something you would want to do by navigating your luggage through the busy street along The Strand.
1) LOCATION. Everything is within walking distance - Trafalgar Sq, Piccadily Circus, Her Majesty's Theatre, etc.
2) UNDERGROUND. Charring Cross Station. Convenient that connects to major tourist attractions.
