The Studio apartment has 1 Double Bed & 1 Double Sofa Bed, complete with bedding, towels, clothes storage facilities, its own flat screen digital TV and Free High Speed Broadband (Wifi)

The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, utensils, plates & cutlery

The Bathroom comes fully equipped with a Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin, Hand soap and Shampoo.

Also provided in the apartment is an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer, For families with Babies & Toddlers, High Chair and Cot facilities are available on request.

Please note: Studio apartments are located between the 1st and 5th floor with no lift access. We provide no guarantee of floor allocation.

We will confirm availability and reserve the apartment by taking a credit/debit card payment for the entire stay. An apartment is only confirmed as a booking upon receipt of full payment. Please ensure you have read and understood our cancellation policy before making a booking.

Cancellations

You will be refunded 50% of the cost of your booking for a cancellation made 31 days prior to your arrival date.

The Fielding Apartments keeps 100% of payment for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date .

We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Check-in procedure

Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments are not available before this time.

Upon Check-in, we require to take a copy of Photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and Credit Card details as security damage deposit. If you need to store your luggage, here are some secure luggage storage facilities in the surrounding area.

When you arrive you will need to collect the key at our 24 hour hotel reception:

The Fielding Hotel, 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ. It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

If you have any problems, contact us on the following numbers:

Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on 020 7240 5500.

If you have any problems outside these times you can call The Fielding Hotel reception for assistance on 020 7836 8305.

Check-out procedure

Leave the key(s) in the flat upon vacating.

Check-out is at 11am.

You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.

Damage deposit

Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.

ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.

Viewing a property

Should you wish to view a property before booking we can arrange an appointment time between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. We can only view a property if it is vacant.

Cleaning Policy

Fresh towels and Linen are provided once a week for bookings exceeding 7 nights.

The South East England region

This apartment is located in the heart of Central London so you will never run of of things to see and do in the area. However due to it's proximity to all of the major London railway stations it also offers a great base for those wanting to see more of the country.

Why not take a day trip to Brighton, one of the UK's most vibrant seaside resorts. Fancy something more historical? Oxford, Cambridge and Bath are all easily accessible by train!

Central London/Zone 1

This Apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from many of London's most famous attractions. These include Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, The British Museum, The London Eye and Embankment to name but a few!

Other notable London landmarks such as The Houses Of Parliament, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Downing Street... are all easily and quickly accessible by tube, bus or a black cab!

"THAT WASN'T WHAT WE EXPECTED"

I don't know who was the responsable , but what I really know is that I chose these appartment and when I arrived there they gave me another appartement, smaller than these one, without no chair or table just to eat, no telephone line, the bath was full of hairs and in general not very clean. I was there with my 2 kids, we were very tired and it was raininig , so I decided not to go back to The Fielding Hotel to ask why they had changed the reservation .It was really very unconfortable to stay there
