It is well located on the third floor of a pretty tree lined street. The neighbourhood is known as Stroud Green which is between Finsbury Park and Crouch End. The main high street, Stroud Green Road has numerous restaurants, pubs and bars, most notable being The Old Dairy which is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Supermarkets are also just 2 minutes walk away. Nearby Crouch End has an extensive range of great urban chic restaurants of international cuisine. Finsbury park tube station is 5- 10 minutes walk and provides quick access to central London visitor attractions due to having the Victoria line, the Piccadilly line('entertainment' line) and also overground rail to around the country.

Cancellation or Change:

Please note that the booking reservation is non-refundable, even in the case of force majeure. Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance or without notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the total open balance. Should the cancelled booking period receive a new booking, then up to 80% of the booking balance may be refunded at the owners discretion.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover.
