Brand new apartment completed in February 2011. 150 metres from Angel tube station. Sleeps 9 people. 5 star quality throughout. New bathroom, oak floors, new fully fitted kitchen with granite worktop.

Luxury apartment located on the 1st floor of a beautiful period building.

This apartment was completed in February 2011 and has interior fittings of the highest standards. It is only 150 metres from Angel tube station and 50 metres from a large Sainsburys supermarket. There are over 50 shops, restaurants and boutiques on trendy Upper Street only 100 metres away.

Housekeeper optional at £75 per visit and linen change
£200 refundable security deposit payable.
An internet dongle is provided and is 'pay as you go'. The price of general use and not downloading is pretty much zero and the chance ar ether eiwll be some credit on from previous guests. Instructions and password are in the apartment.
Clients that are paying in cash on arrival MUST inform greeter if they are going to be late. £40 per hour will be charged for late arrivals if the greeter is not informed at least one hour in advance. This also applies for late checkout.

Checkin time after 5.30pm is chargeable at £40 per hour after. It is best to pay in advance if you have late checkins
