About the home

If you want to be in the heart of London's Theatres, Gay district and Night-life this studio is perfect! The Studio has been completely refurbished to provide well designed, hotel apartment style accommodation in the heart of Soho, just a moment from Piccadilly Circus and Shaftesbury Avenue.

The studio has been completely refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, lighting, floors and furniture. The apartment has a very comfortable sofabed. There is also new double wardrobe and two folding chairs.

Entertainment includes wifi , a flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview channels, ipod dock, radio and CD player. The separate bathroom contains a good sized, fully-tiled shower, WC and small basin. The apartment is neutrally decorated with blond wooden floors, has heating and three large windows overlooking one of Soho's liveliest Streets.

The South East England / London region

London is full of interesting places to visit from great shops, restaurants, bars and clubs to world famous museums and galleries.

The apartment is located close to the British Museum and the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, also nearby is Trafalgar Square with the famous Nelson's Column. It is also a short journey to the massive Tate Modern art gallery and the attractions of the South Bank which feature the National Theatre and the National Film Theatre as well as numerous places to eat and drink all over-looking the Thames.

The Central London/Zone 1 / Soho area

One of the most vibrant, fashionable and central of London's neighbourhoods, Soho provides an ideal base to see the city. It's narrow streets and relatively small area (it was at one time a village!) enable it to maintain its distinct atmosphere and charm despite being bordered by some of London's busiest streets! Soho is home to many diverse communities making it a truly colourful place to visit .

Soho is at the very centre of London's West End and tourist district. London's the atreland is located here with numerous venues within a few minute's walk of the apartment. Tourist attractions including, the National Gallery, The National Portrait gallery, The British Museum and Trafalgar square are all a short walk away as are the busy shopping streets Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent's Street as well as the more laid-back Covent Garden with its markets and street performers.

Soho is a colourful area always bustling and busy. In the past it was known as London's Red Light district and some elements of this still remain with peep shows and sex shops coexisting amongst trendy cafes and cake shops. Soho is also the centre of London's gay scene with Old Compton Street as its centre. There are at least 20 gay venues in the area with new ones constantly popping up.

Soho is also famous for its association with Jazz and the arts in general. World famous Jazz venue Ronnie Scotts is still here on Frith Street and you can find numerous small galleries within the winding streets.

If you are looking to stay in the vibrant, noisy, beating heart of the capital, the neighbourhood where London goes to party then Soho is for you. It is also an ideal spot to stay if you want to see a west end show or two or simply be close to all the main attractions of London.

“Muy buena ubicación y una estadía genial.” El apartamento queda cerca de TODO, esto es muy importante en Londres porque el metro es carísimo. La zona es ruidosa pero no es grave. Hay un mercado muy cerca. La zona esta rodeada de teatros, pubs, restaurantes y mucho más. Con el propietario del apartamento fue muy fácil comunicarnos. Mi unica critica es que el agua de la ducha no esta nunca muy caliente. Volvería alojarme ahí.
