This chic and superbly finished 2 bedroom property is located in the heart of Marylebone zone 1, in central London. Just a 5 minute walk from the underground station and with excellent transport connections this borough is one of the most elite areas in London!

As you enter the property you will be struck by the extremely spacious open plan living and kitchen area where wood panelling decorates the walls and an immaculate cream carpet lines the floors. Very recently refurbished you will find that the kitchen is modern, top of the range and highly stylish with integral appliances, marble worktops and sleek white kitchen units. For the modern day chef you will find that there is every modern convenience you could need to dish up an evening meal. Next to the kitchen is a stately dining table which comfortably seats up to eight around its dark wooden table, the wooden chairs, equally as grand in design, tie in beautifully with the table and are in perfect keeping with the wooden panelling of the room.

Moving on through to the seating area with its modern pictures lining the walls, there are large luxurious leather sofas which will certainly provide space for all of the family to relax on! Facing a large wall mounted flat screen TV directly in front you will be ensured of a comfortably evening in from the Capital's excitement. Due to the sheer amount of windows in the property it is full of natural daylight throughout the entire ground floor creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. Take a step outside from this room and you will find yourself in the private garden/patio area accessed through a large glass door directly from the living room. In addition on the ground floor is a downstairs WC for convenience.

Up the historic style wooden stairs, a design feature on their own, you will find 2 double bedrooms, both immaculately decorated in keeping with the rest of the property and well sized for a family. The master bed is immaculately decorated in white and cream colours with an inbuilt dressing table with stool and large mirror. Opposite the bed is another wide screen TV which is mounted on the wall and either side of the bed are two bedside tables with lamps. The second double bed is also decorated in white with a double bed, small wooden desk, a chest of drawers and a TV for your convenience. For guests with extra children we can put a luxury double air mattress in the living room for them.

A family bathroom is also located on this floor which is both modern and once again has been recently refurbished to a high standard.

Located a mere 10 minute walk from the property is the famous and incredibly beautiful Regent's Park. We would strongly recommend taking a stroll along the manicured flower beds and gorgeous streams that run through this large area of countryside located right in the centre of London!

Marylebone Village is also worth a visit for the fashionistas amongst us, a vibrant retail community in the heart of central London, a haven of shops, restaurants, hotels and cultural institutions displaying a character rarely seen in a major city. With an emphasis on high quality, independent retailers, it is both distinctive and highly accessible only a 5 minute walk from the property. For a further range of fantastic shopping, head to Selfridges, Bond Street and Oxford Street - all within walking distance.

For those wanting to experience the nearby culture and arts on offer, take a stroll to the Wigmore Hall, the Royal Academy of Music, Madame Tussauds, The Wallace Collection or the various art galleries around Mayfair and Fitzrovia.

For transport you could not be more spoilt, both Baker Street and Marylebone underground stations are a short walk from the property which are served by the Bakerloo line and the Hammersmith and City lines which can whisk you straight down to both Soho and Green Park.
