Nestled away in its own private gated community, this comfortable 3 bedroom property comes with a secure parking bay, and access to the communal gym and indoor pool!

On entering through the door you will find yourself in an open plan kitchen and living area which spans the entire length of the property. The kitchen is well equipped for all modern needs, with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The property will especially suit families, or small groups of friends, as everyone can be very social in this open-plan area and there's also a breakfast bar with stools for informal dining. There's also a dining area with a large table which comfortably seats eight.

The living room has plenty of sofas and armchairs to ensure space for all and views out over the back garden. The TV comes with Sky and guests can connect to the Bose sound system through your Bluetooth function.

Glass doors lead out to the private terrace where you'll enjoy the lovely outdoor furniture and a BBQ for when the weather's fine. And, even when it's not, there's a heater for colder nights.

To access the top floor you wind your way up the white wrought iron spiral staircase from the living room. At the top is a landing off which are located 3 well sized bedrooms, the largest of which is the master bedroom and its en suite bathroom. The master bedroom (with a super-king size) looks out over the front of the property and has a widescreen wall-mounted TV on the wall (also connected to Sky). The en suite mirrored bathroom boasts a bath with overhead shower, twin sinks, heated towel rail and a W.C.

The second bedroom has twin beds and large built-in wardrobes across one of the walls and the third bedroom is another double. The second bathroom has a shower, basin and W.C.

This development was historically the Sarson's Vinegar Factory and as you walk around the site you will see all sorts of interesting signs indicating which purpose the now converted buildings held in the vinegar-making process back in the bygone Victorian era. This house sits beside the old ballroom and the winery.

You're a short walk to The Oval (for the cricket) and Vauxhall Bridge. A walk to the South Bank (for attractions such as the London Eye and the London Aquarium) is within easy reach, and the Tate Britain and Imperial War Museum not far either. Opposite the road approaching the development is Vauxhall Park, the upkeep of which all the locals take much pride in. There is a children's playground and plenty of space within which you could take an evening or early morning walk.

This property is just a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall Underground and mainline stations. Located on the Victoria line you'll be directly transported to Green Park (Royal Academy, Fortnum& Mason) and onto Oxford Street in less than 10 minutes! There's also a bus station where you can catch buses directly up to South Kensington to take in the popular Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert museums.

Vauxhall, just south of the river in South West London is a culturally diverse area, with a particularly strong Portuguese community – along South Lambeth Road you'll find Portuguese restaurants, cafes and even a hairdressers. Some areas are gentrified, with streets of Victorian terraced houses along Fentiman Road and Heyford Avenue, and towards Kennington and Oval. The Fentiman Pub on this road is very friendly, with a beer garden and terrace as well as good food.

Head to New Covent Garden Market in Nine Elms for some fresh produce (this is where the original market at Covent Garden was relocated to) and then to Vauxhall Park for a picnic. Vauxhall is often referred to as 'Voho' as it's the second largest gay community in the city after Soho, with a thriving nightlife; one of the busiest clubs is Fire under the railway arches.

Vauxhall and Nine Elms is set to see massive development in the next few years, around the currently disused Battersea Power Station, with new offices, apartments, shops and restaurants, as well as two new tube stations.
