This architecturally designed house is slightly unusual and sits on this quiet residential street in Battersea. The ever popular bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques of Lavender Hill, St John's Hill, and the Northcote Road and are all on the doorstep, and the tranquil expanse of space at Clapham Common is also close by. This property is unlike many others. The floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flow through the house. The mezzanine level is perched gracefully above the kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom, with king-size bed, also has space for a little one in the child's bet/cot nestled at the end of the main bed (or it can be moved to the second bedroom, if not required).

The second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe space. The family bathroom in neutral tones, whirlpool bath, benefits from this property's signature expanse of glass. The mezzanine is a comfortable space. With large sumptuous L-shaped sofa, desk and coffee table. It offers an alternative to the living room below. Upon request, the sofa can fold out to a double bed to sleep an extra couple of guests. The kitchen is very on trend. With stainless steel and large quality gas hob, this kitchen is equipped for preparation of meals at home. And, what a wonderful place to enjoy a family meal with a huge wooden table and chairs, with lots of room for the whole family! There is also a WC located downstairs.On the roof you are treated to views out across the Capital. Wrap up warm in the winter months and watch the stars twinkle above you!

Guests should note that the roof terrace is accessed by a slingsby ladder - which folds down from the roof - and guests with mobility issues and young children are advised not to go on the roof.

Situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth, Battersea is to be found South of London's inner city in Zone 2. Battersea is charming, quintessentially English and ideally situated between two of London's finest commons – Wandsworth and Clapham and boasts a park of its own – Battersea Park. Here you will find tennis courts, undulating and tropical gardens and even a children's zoo which is well worth a visit. Add this to the easy and quick routes into central London it is no wonder this area is home to so many of London's affluent families as well as trendy young professionals.

Guests staying in Battersea can reach Oxford Street and Leicester Square in approximately 20 minutes and the fashionable Kings Road and Sloane Square are a pleasant 30 minute stroll across the River Thames. The local area provides a large array of coffee shops, independent boutiques, trendy bars and restaurants as well as gelato shops and delicatessens. There is also the ever popular 'Butcher Bar and Grill' – a fine blend of a local butcher shop and deli with an informal bar and grill. Head North towards the Thames and you'll find lots more pubs and restaurants along Battersea Park Road.

It is an excellent neighbourhood offering an array of stunning properties - perfect for a family vacation.
