This stylish 2 bedroom is set in the heart of Maida Vale, by Warwick Avenue, home of the world Famous BBC Maida Vale recording Studios. It's such a central location, you can walk to Regent's Park in just over 15 minutes and into Oxford Street in about 25 minutes... alternatively, jump on the Tube or bus and arrive within 10 minutes. Celeb spot in any one of the local cafes, restaurants and bars or peruse the local boutiques!

The apartment sits on the second floor of a grand Georgian building. Whilst maintaining a minimalist chic theme throughout, the property is studded with classic pieces, be it the artwork in the gorgeous sitting room, the antique trunk or feature fireplace; this apartment shows that old and new can sit side by side in harmony.

The kitchen, set to the side of the sitting room, is modern and functional whilst being comfortable on the eye. It's well equipped and allows the chef to still be part of the action, whether it be discussing where to shop the following day or which show to catch that evening! Up a few steps is the dining room. A wonderful shade of yellow, this room is multi-purpose - as well as for dining, this space is ideal should you be looking to catch up on e-mails or keep in touch with the office. There's a guest loo and a shower off this room too (a true wet room, featuring oversized shower head) which is handy in the event the main bathroom is being used.

The master bedroom, at the back of the property, is delicately decorated in hues of blue and white. The wooden floor adds to the feeling of quality throughout this apartment. The second bedroom has a single bed and its walls are adorned with smart designer wallpaper.

The nearest tube, Warwick Avenue, about a 2 minute walk, is located on the Bakerloo Line. Guests can easily find themselves in Oxford Street in under 15 minutes, Leicester Square in under 20 mins and the vast majority of London's attractions within 30 minutes of the front door! Located close to multiple bus routes, the 414 will take you directly to Harrods in Knightsbridge, Selfridges on Bond Street or to South Kensington for the Museums.

The London region

Westminster

Westminster is a well-to-do, historical area with many prestigious landmarks and visitor attractions. It provides a wide choice of parks and open spaces such as St. James Park and Green Park, as well as political London icons 10 Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament. The Palace of Westminster, 'Big Ben', Buckingham Palace - home to the Queen of England - and Westminster Abbey where Kate Middleton and Prince William were married, are all in this beautiful area. Parliament Square, with its lawn and statues of past statesmen, is a popular tourist spot and a space from which you can see some of the most iconic architecture of the Capital.

Families will enjoy this area, with many luxurious modern developments nestled amongst the traditional period homes which provide plenty of space. Take a walk along the Victoria Embankment which has some brilliant views of the city's skyline, and if you head to the Southwest, the area of Victoria has many restaurants, bars and shops to explore, particularly in Cardinal Place. One eatery of note is in the Old Westminster Library which dates back to 1893 and was transformed into an upmarket Indian restaurant in 2001: The Cinnamon Club.
