Situated on this quiet leafy residential road in the fashionable borough of Islington this classic example of Victorian architecture has 4 bedrooms, flexible reception space and a garden for when the sun is shining.
With a young family of their own, our clients appreciate that style cannot come at the cost of practicality. This stylish home has many interesting design features. Whether it be the contemporary artwork in the living room, the beautifully modern bathroom or the manicured garden there is always something that catches the eye in this home.
On entering the hallway you'll find the sitting room at the front of the house. In here you will find a large leather sofa, perfect for lounging on after a busy day or just watching a movie prior to bed. This leads through to the dining room and both rooms benefit from a beautiful stripped and varnished hard wood flooring. For those musicians among us, there is a upright piano also available in the dining room.
At the back of the house is the kitchen. With integral oven and microwave above there is also a gas hob. This kitchen is equipped to meet the demands of any family. There is also an informal dining area. From here you have views out across the garden through the b-folding doors. Stepping out into the garden you find yourself on the deck area. A great space to enjoy a morning coffee!
Climb the stairs and you are met with the first of four bedrooms. This room has a single bed and looks out across the garden and is finished with bright wall art. Moving back along the corridor you will find the family bathroom. Finished in natural stone and with high end fixtures, the bathroom hosts a separate bath tub and freestanding shower. This is very much the modern bathroom.
The master bedroom, with large double bed, features a marble fireplace, plenty of storage and the familiar wooden floors that feature downstairs also. There is a large stylish grey foot stall at the end of the bed which conveniently folds out into a single bed and can be setup upon request. The third bedroom on this floor is a large single room, with bright fun furniture and natural light flooding in this is a charming bedroom.
Follow the red carpet up to the top of the house and you will come to a second double bedroom, this time featuring an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage. This would be great for another adult couple or teenager.

The nearest Underground station is Tufnell Park and from here you can be in Leicester Square in under 15 minutes. The nearby Holloway Road is a main bus route with buses going frequently to London Bridge, Trafalgar Square, St Pauls Cathedral, Leicester Square, The City and multiple other destinations. Buses run 24 hours a day along the Holloway Road. So, whether by tube or bus, transport links are excellent.

The London region
Elegant Islington is a desirable residential area north of central London that stretches from Islington High Street to Highbury Fields and includes the busy Upper Street district. There are a plethora of charming homes which cater perfectly for both small and large families. Dating back to the Domesday Book and predominantly built during the 19th century, it boasts some of the most elegant Georgian terraced streets and Victorian squares in the city including Lonsdale Square which has a beautiful garden at its centre.
With a mixture of cultural shops, pubs and cafés, Islington is a favourite drinking and dining spot for many. The high street, historically located along Camden Passage in the village of Islington, has since been eclipsed by the more modern Upper Street, although people will still head here for the antiques market and boutiques. You'll find intriguing vintage shops nestled between the fashionable shops in this area, and do look out for the Banksy masterpieces as you stroll the streets. Islington is definitely an area for the foodie too, with cuisine from all around the world on offer.
There's a fantastic arts scene in Islington - also known as the capital's alternative theatre land - and it caters for both movie buffs and theatre lovers alike. There is an independent cinema and two reputable theatres in the area, notably Sadler's Well's which showcases world-class dance, the Almeida Theatre or the Little Angel Theatre for performances to entertain the children.
