New features include hard wood flooring, modern kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer and refurbishments to all the bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room and leads on to a beautiful terrace giving much natural light to the room. The second bedroom has a single bed which can open out to form a double; perfect for families with children or for another couple. The third bedroom has a cot which can be adjusted to open on one side, thus accommodating both babies and smaller children.
The west-facing living area is connected to a stylish and ultra modern kitchen constructed as an open plan. There is a communal garden as well that is shared by the other residents of this exclusive block.
The apartment is ideally located close to a little high street hosting a variety of choices for eateries, independent stores and groceries. The Warrington Pub serves fabulous food (part of Gordon Ramsay's chain) and is nearby on the corner of Randolph and Sutherland Avenues. The Everyman Cinema on the corner of Lanark Road and Sutherland Avenue shows a selection of block-buster as well as independent films.
Further down the road is the famous Regent's Park and Primrose Hill renowned for its magnificent views of the city. The London region
Westminster is a well-to-do, historical area with many prestigious landmarks and visitor attractions. It provides a wide choice of parks and open spaces such as St. James Park and Green Park, as well as political London icons 10 Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament. The Palace of Westminster, 'Big Ben', Buckingham Palace - home to the Queen of England - and Westminster Abbey where Kate Middleton and Prince William were married, are all in this beautiful area. Parliament Square, with its lawn and statues of past statesmen, is a popular tourist spot and a space from which you can see some of the most iconic architecture of the Capital.
Families will enjoy this area, with many luxurious modern developments nestled amongst the traditional period homes which provide plenty of space. Take a walk along the Victoria Embankment which has some brilliant views of the city's skyline, and if you head to the Southwest, the area of Victoria has many restaurants, bars and shops to explore, particularly in Cardinal Place. One eatery of note is in the Old Westminster Library which dates back to 1893 and was transformed into an upmarket Indian restaurant in 2001: The Cinnamon Club.
