This beautiful 3 bed house, set over 3 floors is located in the pretty area of Queen's Park and is the perfect spot for families to experience the delights of Notting Hill and West London. You are literally a 10 minute walk away from both Queen's Park and Kensal Green stations, providing great connections to the world famous Oxford street as well as other parts of the Capital.

The main living space is wood floored, has an original fireplace, bookshelves and a sofa that can accommodate up to 3 people. It also has a table, an arm chair, and drawers for storage space. If you are inclined to work, there is a desk with a computer and a printer, adjacent to which is the kitchen. Divided in two parts, this beautiful white space has a dinning table which can seat 4 and the other section contains all the modern amenities; including a fitted TV, wooden cupboards, a hob, oven and an additional sofa. Whether it's a large meal or a light snack you're preparing, you'll certainly find all you need. A collection of pictures add to the kitchen's character, which is also brightly lit by the glass door leading to the back garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable white framed double bed, large wardrobes and shelves with more books to enjoy under the serenity of your bed side lamps. Drawers on both sides of the bed provide more storage space for your valuables or small items. On the same floor, the second room has a single bed, as well as the optional added convenience of a child's cot and a changing table. The room is aptly complimented by colourful pictures and more spacious shelves. The same floor comprises a large bathroom panelled with white tiles, next to which is a separate room with an additional WC and a fitted overhead shower with an alcove.

Upstairs lies the last room with a double bed, clean white walls, a TV and large overhead windows allowing for more natural light. With its own small fridge and chest of drawers, there's more storage space for your luggage and shopping.

This is a family friendly area with the open spaced Queen's Park in close proximity. A variety of activities can keep children amused including tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, a playground, a paddling pool, an animal farm and a café. Adults can revel in the many quality pubs and restaurants in the area. Maida Vale, or 'Little Venice' as it is known as, to the South, has many more cafes and boutiques to relish.

Brondesbury Park is a 2 minute walk away which is the closest over ground station with direct links to West and East London. You can be in Oxford Circus within 23 minutes with regular trains. Or, if you fancy a stroll, you could walk 15 minutes to Kilburn station and speed along the Jubilee Line. With solid transport connections and choices, lots of space and a lovely garden, a family stay would be ideal.

Notting Hill

Notting Hill is a cosmopolitan district known for its summer carnival and perhaps more famously, Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts in 'that' movie. It has a contemporary reputation as a fashionable and affluent area, known for attractive terraces of large Victorian townhouses, high-end retail and restaurants – perfect for families of all sizes and ages.

The pastel-coloured homes are as iconic to London as Big Ben, and Portobello Market is a classically British attraction. With stalls of antiques, jewellery, furs, fresh street food and often performers amid the upmarket shops, this in an area which must be visited. Refuel in one of the charming cafes with a cappuccino and some artisan treats, or perhaps choose one of the many restaurants for an impressive dining experience. For cinema with a difference, the Electric Cinema offers leather armchairs, footstools and cashmere blankets.

Nearby Westbourne Grove is the perfect spot for some shopping and brunch at Nicole Farhi's 202 which comprises both café and fashion boutique. The area has also had an association with artists and 'alternative' culture for some time with Notting Hill Arts Club a 'muso' favourite. Its cultural diversity, proximity to central London and large family homes make it a prime location for a stylish stay for all the family.
