Perfectly located between Clapham Common and Battersea Park, this lovely 2 bedroom townhouse has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.

The living room greets you with a combination of modern and traditional features complimented by warm colours and well lit areas. A classic fireplace is surrounded by comfortable dark yellow armchairs and a large sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to accommodate a contemporary glass dining table.

On the upper floors you'll find the two king-sized bedrooms. On the top floor is the master bedroom, in red and brown tones, with king-sized bed, lots of storage and en suite bathroom with shower, loo, sink and heated towel rail. The second bedroom, in silver colours has wooden floors and immaculate décor.

On sunny days, the terrace with its red wall and cubic furniture, is perfect for al fresco drinks and dining.

The local area provides a large array of coffee shops, independent boutiques, trendy bars and restaurants as well as gelato shops and delicatessens. Lavender Hill is less than a 5 minute walk for neighbourhood cafes, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. There is also the ever popular 'Butcher Bar and Grill' – a fine blend of a local butcher shop and deli with an informal bar and grill. Head North towards the Thames and you'll find lots more pubs and restaurants along Battersea Park Road.

For travel to central London, Queenstown Road Station is just a 5 minute walk with very regular and fast trains to Waterloo, so you can reach Oxford Street and Soho/ Covent Garden in approximately 25 minutes. For lovely walks, both Battersea Park and Clapham Common are just over a 10 minute walk away.
