The apartment, tucked away off the streets overlooking plane trees and an internal courtyard, is on the fourth floor of a Grade 2 listed building on the Bourne Estate built around the turn of the 19th century. The large living room, built into the eaves, has a dining table, two comfortable sofas one of which transforms into a double or 2 single beds, a desk and bookshelves. In the bedroom is a comfortable double bed & generous storage space. There is a gas cooker, washing machine and a fridge freezer in the well-equipped kitchen while the compact bathroom has a bath and shower. Excellent public transport connections, tube - Chancery Lane, train - Farringdon and buses, to all parts of the city and further afield are a few minutes walk away.

"Very convenient location."
