Our home apartment with one big double bedroom and a huge separate living room (which can be used as an extra bedroom). Arranged over the entire raised ground floor of a Victorian conversion ,the apartment is located in Rosary Gardens, a very quiet residential street between Gloucester Road and Old Brompton Road.

This superb location in South Kensington is in the heart of central London with fantastic transport links. It is 2 minutes walk to the nearest Underground station Gloucester Road or 7 minutes walk to South Kensington station, giving guests easy access to various tube lines. Buckingham Palace is a short tube journey from the apartments. It is also just 2 minutes to the V & A museum and 4 minutes to Harrods...

Gloucester Road station is within 0.3 miles (483 metres) from where you can catch the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines from a central Zone 1 location. The V & A museum, National History museum and Hyde park are all very nearby, with South Kensington high street a matter of 7 minutes walk. With fantastic transport links to the very centre of London it is 10-15 minutes at most to the most famous tourist sites, meaning the joys of Buckingham Palace, shopping in Oxford Street and Regent Street, west end shows, Covent Garden and Notting Hill are never far away.

"Rosary Gdns - a mixture of pluses and minuses"

We rented apartment No.1 at 20 Rosary Gardens together with our son who is in his 50s, between 7th and 20th May. The apartment is a partially modernized Victorian dwelling with very high ceilings. The… More

Our guests are a family with parents couple on their 80th and son on his 50th. After the booking ,We emailed ,ringed and left voice mails many time to request their check in/out time but never got respond. We over spent half-day waiting for this arrival. Later night, guest called us with 15 minutes of notice on taxi to us , we managed to come back shortly to handle the key and helped the elderly couple with over 10 pis of luggages......
On the third day, we got call with false report about no cold water ,,, our apartment never had such problem, we arranged our property management team get there within half hour time ,actually there's nothing wrong and all works properly......
Our home kitchen has fitted with rich seasoning and cooking supplies , we generous to share with our guests while we are away, we believed our guests help themselves with our vodka as well......
Our home market value worth more than a Million pounds, large size one bed apartment, located in a posh garden street , heart of South Kensington, we got equally the same size of two bed apartment on the same street neighborhood, as upper ground floor we got plenty of space both in door and out door (private garden for BBQ ) plus secured communal garden ……
( We have our personal items packed and s stored under bed while we are away OR home swop with other guests family; our kettle never leaks until this check out…we just bought a new one )
Our home full of priceless original paintings which we believe that more suitable for guests who appreciate our artistic collection and taste.
As our second home is 3 minutes away locally from this home, we respond each group of guests every request straight away. we always keep in touch and ask if there's any help or any problem before and after our guests check in because we are here for you all the time. Our guests seems very happy while their stay and we have no clue why left us such unfair review. Any way , thanks for all our guests opinion and support. Please considering our others recent guests full 5 star reviews too. Welcome to our lovely home : )

"A comfortable stay and host was accommodative."

As we were on the red-eye flight, the host Sophia allowed us to drop our big luggage bags in the apartment very early (7:30 am) in the morning. Sophia also got the cleaner to finish cleaning up the apartment at 11 am much earlier than the supposed check-in time of 2 pm.

The apartment is spacious and clean and its location is great too.
