OUR RENTAL GUESTS' COMMENTS:
We were 6 people and a baby, so this flat was so suitable for our large family. We were especially happy about the kitchen equipment, because I'm preparing food for my 10-month-old baby. We also love the flat's decoration, and the beds were so comfy. The guy who met us was so kind, called David. The flat's location is excellent, right next to Oxford Street. Behind the flat there are many shops, so whenever we needed something it was easily obtained. If we have a chance to go to London again, I'd choose this flat again without any hesitation.
Just wanted to say we had a fabulous time in London and the apartment didn't disappoint: it was immaculate and in an ideal location. I've never stayed anywhere as well kitted out, so congratulations; you have thought of everything. If we decide to return to London in the future, we will definitely be in touch.
We enjoyed such a good time at your apartment. Everything was perfect for the large family.
Thank you for your hospitality – we really enjoyed our stay. We've already recommended it to our friends and will surely return ourselves. Our kids already call it “our London home”!

Our stay was perfect: really good time we spent in London. Many thanks for your hospitality.
We have just arrived back from our trip, which was the very best!!!! We found ourselves as if we were at home; we enjoyed your movies, as it is our hobby as well; breakfasts and dinners in the comfortable kitchen. Everything was exactly as we expected. It is a charming and cozy apartment, especially for us, a family of six with grown up girls and boys, as everything was around the corner! We will choose to stay here again on our next visit to London.
We had a really wonderful time - it was absolutely perfect.
We enjoyed the apartment some days during this summer and it has been really extraordinary: an excellent situation and very well cared for, welcoming, and extensive flat. The housekeepers were very attentive and efficient. An excellent option to live and explore the city center; ideal to go with children and without children.
Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable, well-located home away from home. The whole booking and check-in process went very smoothly.
The Roden Family
We had a great stay. It was everything we wanted from our brief visit to London. David was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great idea and decided to book a delivery online at Sainsbury's for our groceries. This came promptly, so could be something you could write in your description. It was helpful as we came down by train. Your apartment has a very "lived in" feel about it. It was nice to be surrounded by someone else's treasures. Everything worked perfectly and we had the added reassurance that David was just a phone call away. We came back late from the theatre on the first night but felt really safe walking from the tube station and in and around the apartment building. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending your apartment to friends and family.
We stayed for three nights in late June and could not have been happier with our choice. Impeccably clean and well-maintained with everything we could hope for during our stay. Beautifully decorated inside. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of a huge assortment of restaurants and food stores. Near your choice of public transport options but easily walkable to Soho, Trafalgar, Piccadilly ... will definitely return next time we are in London. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
We very much enjoyed our stay and have been recommending it to our friends and family.
We had a great time being in London and staying at this apartment. We will definitely consider staying there again at a later visit.
We all loved this apartment! Our 3 teens had plenty of space to relax and find their own quiet space. The location is excellent for all our activities, from sightseeing to restaurants and grocery shopping for breakfasts and late-night snacks at "home." The apartment was just what we expected from the description: clean, plenty of lighting, working appliances, plenty of hot water, and easy to use TV and wifi. David was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel very welcome and right at home. It was great to have a washer/drier combo. We definitely recommend this apartment and would rent again if we come back to London; it was so much better than being in a hotel ... it was home away from home. The apartment is close to several tube stations, but the best way to experience London is to walk. We discovered many interesting sights and people on our outings.
We've spent the whole day traveling up to Scotland and I want to tell you that your London flat is paradise! I loved it the moment we arrived and only wished I could stay longer. Will definitely return again and will recommend it to my friends.
Thank you! We all had a fabulous time in the flat, which was perfect for us. The location, amenities, everything was spot-on, and helped us feel like true Londoners.
Our stay was excellent and the apartment was very cosy and even better than our expectations . Location and all the services around: tube stations, Tesco, near Oxford St. London was in its best! Sunny days and no rain. We even saw Mr & Mrs Obama at Buckingham Palace by accident! I'm glad to recommend Lancaster Court to everyone!
We had a fantastic time in London and we were very impressed with the standard. It was beautifully decorated, in a great location and all your thoughtful touches were appreciated by us all. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at your apartment! It was so much cozier than a hotel; had a very nice feeling to it. The girls were amazed over your DVD collection! It has been a pleasure to rent your flat in London; the ease with the payments and the return of the deposit couldn't have gone smoother.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a lovely apartment with lots of character, but with all mod cons! Great situation with easy access to restaurant and theatres. We would certainly consider a return visit. Will also recommend to friends visiting London.

We had a wonderful time. The flat is fabulous. The boys were particularly impressed with the DVD collection. We will return in the future.
Many thanks for a top quality stay in London. All 6 guests staying in the flat were very satisfied with the accommodation; location and the high quality of the flat itself. It could not have been better.
Just arrived home. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay. It was a great location and home from home. We would definitely contact you again next time we plan a trip to London.

There is a lovely roof terrace with Heal's outdoor furniture, table, chairs, benches and a sun shade. It's a superb environment in which to relax, unwind, read, sunbathe or to use as a place to allow the children to play. Very few other residents in the block ever use the space.

The apartment is located in the heart of 'Fitzrovia' (a neighbourhood celebrated for its excellent restaurants), which lies between Marylebone to the West and Bloomsbury to the East. This historically bohemian area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolfe, George Bernard Shaw, Dylan Thomas and Arthur Rimbaud, and is more latterly known as a media and advertising hub. A 200-yard walk to the South will take you over Oxford Street into Soho and Mayfair.
To explore London on foot, you could not be better situated. Here, the whole of the city is on your doorstep.
