The apartment is situated on the first floor and occupies the whole floor. The accommodation comprises reception room with access to river fronted balcony. The reception room has a double pull-out sofa bed which will comfortably sleep 4 adults.

Fitted modern kitchen with top of the range appliances which include grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/clothes dryer, gas hob, combo microwave/oven and separate self cleaning oven. Large bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, 100% wool carpet and window that has shutters and drapes for complete privacy and light minimisation. Cotton sheets, duvet covers, pillow slips, spare pillows, faux fur comforter.

Luxuriously appointed modern bathroom, with heated floor and towel rail. Floor to ceiling tiles with separate deep bath and glass enclosed shower cubicle. Toilet, hand basin and large mirrored bathroom cabinets.

Other inclusions: under floor heating throughout. Cooking spices, condiments, oils, tea, coffee and sugar. Cleaning materials, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.

Payment: A 10% deposit will be payable to confirm your booking. The balance owing will be due 28 days before the check-in date, OR the full amount due if the check-in date is less than 28 days away.

Payment method: A PayPal invoice will be sent to you. or payment can be sent via PayPal to towerbridgeapartment@gmail.com For registration and insurance purposes the person remitting funds via PayPal must be one of the guests staying at the apartment.

Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to events beyond our control and will refund all monies received.

Conditions

Check-in is from 2pm, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost, providing advance notice is given and no other guests are departing on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 10am. This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors.
