Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival date the rental amount received will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date 100% of the rental will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to deduct any fees and charges incurred as a result of a cancellation after occupancy has commenced. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to events beyond our control and will refund all monies received.
Conditions
Check-in is from 2pm, but arrangements can often be made for early arrivals at no extra cost, providing advance notice is given and no other guests are departing on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 10am. This gives us time to clean and prepare the apartment for our next visitors.
