This superb 70m2 first floor flat (without lift) is located next to Waterloo station, from which you will have quick and easy access to all ends of the capital. Being only 10 minutes' walk across the bridge from Big Ben, you can visit all of London's main attractions on foot, including the London Eye, Trafalgar square, St James Park and Buckingham Palace.

This bright apartment features a large living room including a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a sound system for your entertainment. The kitchen is open-plan and features an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and all you need for preparing your meals. There is a good sized table for enjoying dinners with your family and friends.

There are two spacious bedrooms containing large double beds, bedside tables and roomy closets for your belongings. In the bathroom you will find a full sized bath tub with overhead shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day out sightseeing.

This contemporary flat is equipped with central heating and free WIFI internet access for your comfort and convenience.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, (we will accommodate 1 night requests at the rate of £200-£300 (dependent upon season).

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which can be paid via our secure PayPal account. The final balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will be happy to assist you. However, we will require 28 days notice in writing for a full refund of all monies paid. If we receive less than 28 days notice but more than 14 days notice, we will refund 50% of all monies paid. Less than 14 days notice and we will be unable to offer any refund.

You will be required to pay a £200 security deposit upon check in, which is fully refunded to you within 7 days of check out, providing there has been no damage to the property.

All of these fantastic attractions are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment, which makes your stay incredibly affordable as you can avoid the expensive public transport.

"Excellent location, very good for a family of five...would come again"

"Good apartment and location but need to work on service and communication"

Unfortunately due to having our systems changed we were having problems with our emails causing us not to receive several of your emails. "Really good apartment"

This apartment is really central location, very close to tube station - not more than 5 mins, to Westminster Abbey is about 15-20 minutes by foot.
Very clean and modern, with all necessary equipment, but during our staying dishwasher didn't work .

The only problem for us was that during reservation we wait for each e-mail a lot of time, and we should make a call to decide any question. It makes us very nervious. You should be ready for long reply waiting :))

We could recomend this apartment all guests who like to live very central in a modern apartment!

"Very Accommodating"

We stayed in Lower Marsh for 4 days in July. Although the apartment wasn't quite ready for us, this was rectified very quickly. The Apartment is in a fabulous spot and is very large, comfortable and modern. The Landlord was very accommodating, even arranging extra beds so our children didn't have to sleep together. The Apartment also has free wi-fi and Sky which was a big hit with the kids. Would highly recommend as great value for comfortable, central living.
