Special rate of £900 per week, or £150 per night.
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, (we will accommodate 1 night requests at the rate of £200.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which can be paid via our secure PayPal account. The final balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will be happy to assist you. However, we will require 28 days notice in writing for a full refund of all monies paid. If we receive less than 28 days notice but more than 14 days notice, we will refund 50% of all monies paid. Less than 14 days notice and we will be unable to offer any refund.
You will be required to pay a £100 security deposit upon check in, which is fully refunded to you upon check out, providing there has been no damage to the property.
