There are numerous places of interest, something for everyone - street markets, churches (St Paul' s Cathedral is nearby) numerous theatres and art galleries, the British Library, the Planetarium, Regent's Park, cafés, sporting venues (Wimbledon/Wembly/Lords/Twickenham/Millenium Dome and restaurants to suit every taste.
There is something going on all the time, whatever your interest: that is the attraction of a great city. And for a change - - - you can get away to Paris the day (trains from 5.00am) and also you can commute to most English cities - look round, have lunch, and be back home for dinner.

The house is within walking distance of Kings Cross St Pancras which has direct trains from London Heathrow, Gatwick, and Luton airports. It also connects to City and Stansted airports - all are within an hour's journey time.
Euston is under 20 minutes walk, and there are rapid, and direct connections to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Victoria, and Paddington.
Cars for large parties are £60-80 to and from Heathrow, Stansted, and Luton airports.
A complimentary luggage pick up/drop service is available to Kings Cross/St Pancras and Euston.
All car hire companies are within easy reach, this is a central London location, but the local public transport is so good, there is no need for a car. Within 5 mins walk are the international station to Paris, and country express services to the south and north.
