"Very good position - problems with hot water!!"

The Kensington Executive Studio apartment is located in a very good place, very close to Earl's court tube station. The only problem i can say is about hot water: just the first and the last of 5… More

"Amazing story and wasted vacations"

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize for the situation in which you where placed in. As City Marque we strive to provide the best and most luxurious accommodations to our guest at a competitive price. Along with this our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our guests and do whatever is necessary to ensure that their stay is simple one of a kind.

However; in this case we have failed to provide this type of service to you by your expectations and we apologize deeply for this. As an update to your concerns we have since fixed the WiFi problems in both flats, ensured that the light is working properly in the 1st flat that you stayed in and have fixed the heating problems within both of the apartments.

We completely understand that this does little for you now as you are not currently our guest HOWEVER; we firmly believe that we should be communicating with you to further bring this issue to a satisfactory resolution. We have been trying to get in touch with you however; have not received a response via email. We will continue to email and phone you so that we can discuss how to bring this issue to a resolution.
