The bright and welcoming apartment has a very spacious reception room with dining area and brand new fully fitted and very modern kitchen, all overlooking the tree lined gardens which is for the exclusive use of the residents of Elm Park Gardens. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a first class holiday apartment together with a dining table and four chairs. The contemporary living area has a large comfortable sofa and chairs as well as a good size flat screen digital TV with multi-channels.
The bedroom which also overlooks the gardens has a king size bed and plenty of built-in closet space. The fully tiled white bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, worktop sink, WC. and heated towel rail.
In short the Elm Park Gardens Apartment is the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything London has to offer.

Conditions
On all bookings 25% of the rental is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date full payment is required. If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £75.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.

There are beautiful and historic squares off the main drag and here you will also find some of the many museums, antique shops, clubs and bars. Plenty of buses serve the area and Knightsbridge, the River Thames, Fulham and South Kensington are all a short walk away

From Heathrow Airport take the Piccadilly line train direct to South Kensington.
From Gatwick take the Gatwick Express train into London Victoria and then the tube to either Sloane Square or South Kensington. The apartment is approximately ten minutes walk from both South Kensington and Sloane Square underground stations.
From Luton and Stansted take the airport trains to Euston and Liverpool Street respectively and then continue the journey on the tube.

Everything needed to make this into a 'home from home' was supplied and the building and location are very secure. Also, as the bedroom is at the back with a lovely outlook over the very spacious gardens, it is very quiet and I had a wonderful stay. The owner met me and provided all instructions needed for appliances etc. as well as directions to the nearest tube stations - I actually found Gloucester Road easier than South Kensington, and it is a very pleasant short walk. The location is very central with Kings Road and Sloane Square also a walkable distance. For 'just around the corner' there are several breakfast places, an M& S Simply Food as well as a Sainsbury, and also - bonus - a large Daunt's bookstore.
