This accommodation is modern, clean, spacious and was recently renovated to a very high specification with an ultra modern kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a very peaceful, friendly and safe area, close to amenities such as local shops, a bakery, post office, petrol station, bus stop for Cambridge City Centre, Addenbrooke's Hospital, restaurants, pubs and churches. The peaceful oasis of Cherry Hinton Hall is very close where the Cambridge Folk Festival is held from 31st July to 3rd August 2014 and it also hosts a variety of family oriented events and benefits from great recreational facilities for children.
The accommodation is fully furnished to a very high specification and is equipped with high speed broad band WiFi, central heating, a driveway for parking two cars spaces and a back garden.
This excellent accommodation is available for rent for a minimum of 3 days and is fully inclusive of all utility and linen. The house has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a sofa bed. The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people. Loan of bicycle can also be arranged via the owner.

The house has a spacious and modern fully integrated kitchen/diner with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, a microwave, kettle, food processor, cutlery and crockery. The recently refitted bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath, a WC and a wash hand basin.
There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Linen, duvet and towels are provided and are included in the price of the accommodation.

"Not as good as it looks in pictures"
House was adequate but not up to the standard implied by the photos.. Kitchen not very well equipped - the basics were there but no potato masher/cheese grater etc. Frying pan tiny! Front room untidy … More

The kitchen is finished to a high specificaion that includes amongst many other culinary aids, a potato masher, cheese grater and a more than adequate range of suitable cooking receptacles and equipment. The property is professionally cleaned and tidied following the departure of guests and this is faithfully reflected in the photographs of the property. As you confirmed, the property is strategically located for Cambridge city centre as well as the train station for London & Stansted airport. The house is comfortable, clean, secure and well maintained and a great base for exploring Cambridge.

"Smart, comfortable and clean"
We stayed here while visiting family in Cambridge, the house was perfect for us, very modern and well equipped. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Comfy beds and a lovely new kitchen. Great location.
