This spacious apartment for 4 in the centre of historic Bath with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, will give you a taste for grand Georgian Living. You can comfortably admire the sweeping curve of The Royal Crescent, enjoy lush parkland views and stroll past some great architectural sights whilst heading into the City centre close by.

Parking permit for 1 car for holidays completed by 29th May 2022. After this time there is lansdown park and ride or the back entrance to Charlotte street car park is less than 100 yards away.

The apartment has a relaxed English country style, with large rooms, huge sash windows with working shutters, glorious high ceilings with ornate cornicing, and handsome fireplaces. An ornate entrance leads up to a generous lobby, large living room with views and a split-level kitchen/diner.

The generous living room looks over Victoria Park, with The Royal Crescent, and surrounding hills to either side. There are two large 3-seater sofas beside an ornate marble fireplace. A TV also has a DVD and a selection of movies. A desk holds the WiFi, and you can take refuge in a comfortable leather armchair with a portable digital radio and reading lamp by your side.

The country-style galley kitchen has fitted cream units, a cream tiled floor and wood-block worktops. There is a gas hob, electric oven and microwave, large fridge and separate freezer and dishwasher.

A quaint window seat takes in lovely views of gardens and pristine allotments sloping up towards the park. A little flight of steps goes up to a cosy dining room with park views, a table to seat 4 and breakfast items to hand.

The spacious Master bedroom in shades of blue has a couple of 3’ beds that zip and link to become a 6’ double. One alcove has a large chest of drawers, whilst the other has a large fitted wardrobe, with a grand fireplace between. A fully tiled, traditional style en-suite has a bath, a corner shower, a hand-basin, WC and shelves for toiletries.

The smart second bedroom is spacious with views, and has two single 3’ beds, a small wardrobe with drawers under, a chest of drawers and an original pretty cast iron fireplace.

On a separate floor in the building you will find a washing machine for your personal use along with a communal tumble dryer.

A contemporary shower room has a fully tiled shower, a hand basin and WC.

A permit is available for one car to be parked in a designated zone, this is only for holidays completed by 29th May 2022, alternatively, the bus or train station is a 15-20 minute walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
