The Courtyard Apartments are located at 7-9 North Parade Buildings in the heart of Bath. Our three city centre apartments offer contemporary design and comfort within a grade II listed building. Our self-catering holiday apartments are designed to be your home from home providing high quality furnishings and comfortable surroundings for. Ideally situated, The Courtyard Apartments are on the doorstep of The Abbey, Roman Baths and Pump Rooms, a perfect spot for those wanting to explore historic Bath on foot.
Our three apartments are finished to a high specification having undergone an eighteen month restoration. Though the properties were originally built between 1753 and 1756 we offer modern facilities within a traditional Georgian setting. All our apartments are situated on the lower ground floor of 7-9 North Parade Buildings.
Our apartments boast fully equipped kitchens with granite worktops and top of the range units. Should you choose to dine in, all our kitchens include cookers, gas hobs, large fridge/freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, washer dryers and Nespresso coffee machines.
All living rooms feature wall mounted HD LCD TVs, DVD player and Bose Ipod docking station. We provide all guests with an information folder and guide books to Bath. Free WIFI is throughout all rooms in the apartments.
Our bathrooms and shower rooms are finished in marble with complimentary toiletries. Towels and robes are provided to ensure your stay with us is a pleasant experience.

All apartments are accessed by stone stairs and are located on the lower ground floor.
Unfortunately, as the flats comprise part of a Grade 2 Listed building, there are no ramps. We therefore advise that there is no wheelchair access to the apartments.
Minimum of 2 night stay, 3 nights on all Bank Holidays , 4 nights over Christmas and New Year. 20% discount offered to those who wish to stay one week or more.
We have a limited number of parking permits that are allocated on a first come, first serve basis available for a small additional fee. Please enquire when booking.

"Just the job for a post-Christmas break"
I heartily endorse this apartment and the team responsible for renting it. Sam made the booking process extremely simple and upgraded us to a larger apartment so that we could collect the keys sooner. Everything in the apartment was spotless and it was warm and cosy. The highlight of the weekend was going on a guided tour of the best bits of Bath and going past our front door. If we ever stay in Bath again the Courtyard Apartments will be our first call.

"Brilliant being so central, easy to pop back with the children."
The facilities were fantastic, everything you could need and beautifully decorated. Right in the middle of town within the Christmas markets so within easy reach of everything and convenient to pop back if needed (great with the kids). The only negatives, a short walk from parking the car to the apartment, we needed to make several trips due to the children's stuff but this was made worse as we arrived in the dark. It was quite difficult to find as is tucked away. Otherwise great.

"Great Apartment, Location, Friendly and Efficient Lease Process"
Communication from the beginning was top notch. Sam was able to help us by moving some things around so we could get 4 contiguous nights in the same apartment. Apartment 9 was perfect for our family of 4, everything we could need and the "English Basement" (as we call it in the US) was perfect in the summer to keep us cool. Directions, maps and instructions were very clear, check-in/out was a snap. Everything we could need was there; very much appreciated the bread, jam and coffee to get us started! Felt very safe with the locked outer door to the stairs, patio and front door. The 2nd bedroom had a little street noise when the bars closed on Saturday night - or maybe it was jet lag that kept our sons awake on the first night.
